Easy and very punctual check in, the apartment has no keys but codes that you have to type in downstairs and at the room, really. Nice decoration and very central location close to metro station arc de triomph.

Appartement spacieux, agréable, design, bien équipé. Deux chambres, une pour les enfants et une pour adultes. Bien situé pour visiter Barcelone. Parking public à 200 mètres. Supermarché à proximité

The apartment was conveniently located. The beds and pillows were comfortable and the air-conditioning excellent. Well stocked supermarkets, restaurants and shops nearby and a short walk to the metro.

Cancellation
- For cancellations within 30 days prior to the arrival day we charge the 40% of the total amount.
- For cancellations within 15 days prior to the arrival day we charge the 80% of the total amount.
- Cancellation on the arrival day or no show we will charge the 100% of the total amount.
- Cancellations must be notified to us by e-mail to info@habitatapartments.com and acknowledgement of receipt must be sent by Habitat Apartments.

- A 19.25% of total price is charged on your credit card for all reservations.
- The balance is payable to our representative at check-in on the arrival day.

- Early check-in is possible from 07:00 and there is an extra charge of 20 € (subject to availability).
- For check-in from 22:00 there is an extra charge of 20 €.

Check-out
- Before 11:00
- In case you want to store the luggage in the apartment later than 11:00 you must call us the day before your exit day and we will let you know if it is possible.
Additional information
City tax
- 6.8800 € per night and person will be added to the total price.
- The tourist tax will apply to a maximum of 7 nights.
- The tourist tax does not apply to those under 17 years.
