The apartment has a great location, near a metro station. Only two stops and you are in las ramblas. It is situated in quiet area. The apartments is perfect for a family and is fully equipped.

το διαμέρισμα ήταν εξαιρετικό σε πολύ καλή τοποθεσία, με το μετρό (γραμμή l1) και τη στάση του 54 δίπλα, ενώ τριγύρω υπάρχουν σουπερ μάρκετ, φούρνος κλπ. η κ.b ευγενέστατη, μας περίμενε στην είσοδο, μας υπέδειξε την περιοχή και μας έδειξε το διαμέρισμα, το οποίο ήταν πεντακάθαρο και άνετο για 3 ή και 4 άτομα. το διαμέρισμα διαθέτει όλες τις ανέσεις, και τις ηλεκτρικές συσκευές –μέχρι και καταψύκτη. το συνιστώ ανεπιφύλακτα και νομίζω θα είναι ό,τι καλύτερο και για οικογένεια με παιδιά.

- For cancellations within 30 days prior to the arrival day we charge the 40% of the total amount.
- For cancellations within 15 days prior to the arrival day we charge the 80% of the total amount.
- Cancellation on the arrival day or no show we will charge the 100% of the total amount.
- Cancellations must be notified to us by e-mail to info@habitatapartments.com and acknowledgement of receipt must be sent by Habitat Apartments.
Payment
Advance payment
- A 19.25% of total price is charged on your credit card for all reservations.
- The balance is payable to our representative at check-in on the arrival day.

- A damage deposit of 150 € will be guaranteed by your credit card or paid in cash.

Arrival and exit day
Check-in
- From 11:00
- Early check-in is possible from 07:00 and there is an extra charge of 20 € (subject to availability).
- For check-in from 22:00 there is an extra charge of 20 €.
- For check-in from 00:00 there is an extra charge of 50 €.
Check-out
- Before 11:00
- In case you want to store the luggage in the apartment later than 11:00 you must call us the day before your exit day and we will let you know if it is possible.
Additional information
City tax
- 6.8800 € per night and person will be added to the total price.
- The tourist tax will apply to a maximum of 7 nights.
- The tourist tax does not apply to those under 17 years.
