Die Betreuung von Biggi war professionell. Lage des Apartamentos Arc de Triomf ist optimal! Größe und Ausstattung der Wohnung ist sehr gut.

Excellent Apartment. Modern and really comfortable, easy to find and close to lots of attractions. it was easy to walk lots of places or catch the metro just around the corner. Bus right at the front door and the best coffee we found in Spain just on the corner down the street. The apartment staff on check in were so helpful, punctual and friendly. We would highly recommend these apartments to anyone travelling to Barcelona.

I just want to write you a quick email telling you how much we enjoyed the apartment rental on our visit to Barcelona. The apartment had everything we needed and was exactly like the advertisement. The location was excellent as well. Bridget was also very helpful and friendly.
Conditions
Cancellation
- For cancellations within 30 days prior to the arrival day we charge the 40% of the total amount.
- For cancellations within 15 days prior to the arrival day we charge the 80% of the total amount.
- Cancellation on the arrival day or no show we will charge the 100% of the total amount.
- Cancellations must be notified to us by e-mail to info@habitatapartments.com and acknowledgement of receipt must be sent by Habitat Apartments.
Payment
Advance payment
- A 19.25% of total price is charged on your credit card for all reservations.
- The balance is payable to our representative at check-in on the arrival day.

- 500 € bills not accepted.
- We do accept Visa or Mastercard.

- A damage deposit of 150 € will be guaranteed by your credit card or paid in cash.

Arrival and exit day
Check-in
- From 11:00
- Early check-in is possible from 07:00 and there is an extra charge of 20 € (subject to availability).
- For check-in from 22:00 there is an extra charge of 20 €.
- For check-in from 00:00 there is an extra charge of 50 €.
Check-out
- Before 11:00
- In case you want to store the luggage in the apartment later than 11:00 you must call us the day before your exit day and we will let you know if it is possible.
Additional information
City tax
- 6.8800 € per night and person will be added to the total price.
- The tourist tax will apply to a maximum of 7 nights.
- The tourist tax does not apply to those under 17 years.
