Apartment was great.
Location fine.
Elevator a bonus.
Welcome package wonderful.
Only negative was non working fridge. Sent an email asking. With no answer

Very nice, clean and comfortable apartment close to all activities and in a vibrant part of Barcelona. We loved it and would stay here again.

Un apartamento muy agradable, suficiente espacio, decoración bonita. El set de entrada estupendo. Buenos electrodómesticos.
Necesario: incluir un par de sillas más en el comedor ya que el apartamento era para cinco personas. Más platos y un trapo de cocina.
Revisar: faltaba una bombilla en una lámpara, la jarra de la cafetera no sujetaba bien, no se habían retirado las cápsulas de café vacias, luz suelta en la campana, la cama doble se hundia.

Cancellation
- For cancellations within 7 days prior to the arrival day we charge the 100% of the total amount.
- For cancellations within 1 days prior to the arrival day we charge the 100% of the total amount.
- Cancellation on the arrival day or no show we will charge the 100% of the total amount.
- Cancellations must be notified to us by e-mail to info@habitatapartments.com and acknowledgement of receipt must be sent by Habitat Apartments.
Payment
Advance payment
- A 20.00% of total price is charged on your credit card for all reservations.
- The balance is payable to our representative at check-in on the arrival day.

- A damage deposit of 300 € will be guaranteed by your credit card.

Arrival and exit day
Check-in
- From 15:00 to 21:00
- For check-in from 21:00 there is an extra charge of 30 €.
- For check-in from 23:00 there is an extra charge of 40 €.
Check-out
- Before 11:00
- In case you want to store the luggage in the apartment later than 11:00 you must call us the day before your exit day and we will let you know if it is possible.
Additional information
City tax
- 10.4500 € per night and person will be added to the total price.
- The tourist tax will apply to a maximum of 7 nights.
- The tourist tax does not apply to those under 17 years.
