The Merced apartment Cinque is very well designed. With three tall french windows in the common area, it is always full of light and offers a pleasant view on the street. At the fourth floor (with lift), it is located in the same building as the Merced apartments U, Dois, Trois, Cinque et Zes. It can accomodate up to 4 people.

The following amenities and services are offered:
- 1 bedroom with twin beds
- 1 complete bathroom (with bathtub and hairdryer, towels provided)
- 1 kitchen fully equiped (fridge, freezer, dishwasher, oven, microwave, espresso machine, toaster, water kettle, vitro ceramic)
- 1 livingroom with a sofa bed for 2 people.

Cancellation

For cancellations within 30 days prior to the arrival day we charge the 40% of the total amount.
For cancellations within 15 days prior to the arrival day we charge the 80% of the total amount.
Cancellation on the arrival day or no show we will charge the 100% of the total amount.

Cancellations must be notified to us by e-mail to info@habitatapartments.com and acknowledgement of receipt must be sent by Habitat Apartments.

Payment

Advance payment:

A 16.49% of total price is charged on your credit card for all reservations.
The balance is payable to our representative at check-in on the arrival day.

Payment on arrival day : Cash and credit card

500 € bills not accepted.
Credit card payment is subject to a 4.00% fee.
We do accept Visa or Mastercard.

Deposit : Cash and credit card

A damage deposit of 150 € will be guaranteed by your credit card or paid in cash.
500 € bills not accepted.
We do accept Visa or Mastercard.

Final cleaning : Included in the price.

Arrival and exit day

Check-in : From 15:30

For check-in from 20:00 there is an extra charge of 20 €.

Check-out : Before 12:00

In case you want to store the luggage in the apartment later than 12:00 you must call us the day before your exit day and we will let you know if it is possible.

This apartment is located in one of the best parts of the city. Just 50 meters from the Town Hall Square in the heart of the city-center, between the famous Barrio del Carmen and the most fashionable shopping area in Valencia.

From the apartment we almost can see the Central Market, an architectural gem that brings to life the daily environment. There you can find daily fresh products (fruit , vegetables , meat, fish ... )
