I would like to talk about the impression of this house. It's so impressive and it is marvelous! The apartment is located at the city center and it's close to the most of the major spots which are in the walking distance! Including the biggest shopping mall and the most famous commercial center. About the apartment, our helpful and welcoming host gave us a warm welcome at the first day of our journey. And the apartment is tremendous and it's well equipped. Anyway I don't know any drawback of this apartment, please choose there and choose the right place for your journey!

Cancellations must be notified to us by e-mail to info@habitatapartments.com and acknowledgement of receipt must be sent by Habitat Apartments.

Advance payment:
  • No advance payment is required for this apartment.
  • The total amount is payable to our representative at check-in on the arrival day.
Payment on arrival day : Cash and credit card
  • 500 € bills not accepted.
  • Credit card payment is subject to a 1.00% fee.
  • We do accept Visa or Mastercard.
Deposit : Credit card
  • A damage deposit of 500 € will be guaranteed by your credit card.
  • We do accept Visa or Mastercard.
Final cleaning : Included in the price.

Arrival and exit day

Check-in : From 15:00
  • For check-in from 20:00 there is an extra charge of 10 €.
  • For check-in from 22:00 there is an extra charge of 20 €.
Check-out : Before 11:00
  • In case you want to store the luggage in the apartment later than 11:00 you must call us the day before your exit day and we will let you know if it is possible.

Additional information

City tax : 6.0500 € per night and person will be added to the total price.
  • The city tax will apply to a maximum of 7 nights.
