Magnificent apartment of 80 m2 in the heart of Barcelona. It is located in a safe building with a doorman and elevator, plus all the necessary amenities.

The apartment is very comfortable, spacious and modern and it  has been furnished with special care in every detail.

It features two bedrooms, one very spacious bedroom with double bed, bathroom and details that make it unique. The second bedroom is smaller and has two single beds a superimposed perpendicularly one on the other (see picture).

Its large window. Equipped with flat screen TV, a large sofa bed and a small chair. Besides you will find the dining room for 4 people and fully equipped kitchen. Another bathroom.

Conditions

Cancellation

  • For cancellations within 89 days prior to the arrival day we charge the 70% of the total amount.
  • For cancellations within 59 days prior to the arrival day we charge the 50% of the total amount.
  • For cancellations within 30 days prior to the arrival day we charge the 100% of the total amount.

Cancellations must be notified to us by e-mail to info@habitatapartments.com and acknowledgement of receipt must be sent by Habitat Apartments.

Payment

Advance payment:
  • A 19.25% of total price is charged on your credit card for all reservations.
  • The balance is payable to our representative at check-in on the arrival day.
Payment on arrival day : Cash and credit card
  • 500 € bills not accepted.
  • Credit card payment is subject to a 3.00% fee.
  • We do accept Visa or Mastercard.
Deposit : Credit card
  • A damage deposit of 300 € will be guaranteed by your credit card.
  • We do accept Visa or Mastercard.
Final cleaning : Included in the price.

Arrival and exit day

Check-in : From 15:00
Check-out : Before 11:00
  • In case you want to store the luggage in the apartment later than 11:00 you must call us the day before your exit day and we will let you know if it is possible.
  • Late check-out is possible till 14:00 and there is an extra charge of 40 €.
  • Late check-out is possible till 20:00 and there is an extra charge of 80 €.

Additional information

City tax : 6.0500 € per night and person will be added to the total price.
  • The city tax will apply to a maximum of 7 nights.
  • The city tax does not apply to those under 17 years.
