- On the arrival day it is necessary to pay a refundable damage deposit of 300€ (Will be returned if apartment is left in good conditions).
- Check in is from 3pm. If you arrive after 21:00 there is an extra fee of 25 euro for late-check in. If you arrive after 23:00 there is an extra fee of 40 euro for late-check in.

Location of this apartment in Barcelona
Gràcia, about 1 km north of the center of Barcelona at the north end of the Passeig de Gràcia, is the most distinctively Catalan neighborhood to be found in easy walking distance of the center. A prosperous neighborhood, Gràcia nonetheless has a more local than cosmopolitan feel to it. The public squares are lively with culture.
Check out any plaza and it will most likely be humming with life and vibrancy.
