Beautiful duplex apartment in Barcelona located in Girona Street , a few minutes from Paseo de Gracia and Plaza Cataluña. It has 3 floors offering a large terrace on the ground floor and a sun terrace with outdoor shower.

Thanks to its 4 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms and a living room with 2 sofa beds, it is the ideal place to accommodate large families or group of friends.

It also has a dining area for 8 people, a fully equipped kitchen and a living room with flat screen TV.

En este apartamento en concreto no estuvimos ya que hubo un problema que había que hacer unas reformas, pero nos ubicaron en otros dos que estaban uno junto al otro y que nos encantaron. Por la decoración, la limpieza, la ubicación, la luz... todo, muy bien y muy contentos.

Leider war unser Appartement bereits belegt und man wollte uns (8Personen) in ein kleineres nicht von uns gebuchtes Appartement geben. Durch unser massives Widersprechen bekamen wir dann 2 von einander getrennte Appartements eine Straße weiter. Diese waren dann sehr schön und wir mit der Situation zufrieden.

10.0 GIR80 Suite Duplex 2 - 

Conditions

Cancellation

  • For cancellations within 90 days prior to the arrival day we charge the 25% of the total amount.
  • For cancellations within 21 days prior to the arrival day we charge the 50% of the total amount.
  • Cancellation on the arrival day or no show we will charge the 100% of the total amount.

Cancellations must be notified to us by e-mail to info@habitatapartments.com and acknowledgement of receipt must be sent by Habitat Apartments.

Payment

Advance payment:
  • A 19.25% of total price is charged on your credit card for all reservations.
  • The balance is payable to our representative at check-in on the arrival day.
Payment on arrival day : Cash and credit card
  • 500 € bills not accepted.
  • Credit card payment is subject to a 4.00% fee.
  • We do accept Visa or Mastercard.
Deposit : Cash
  • A damage deposit of 200 € in cash will be required.
  • 500 € bills not accepted.
Final cleaning : Included in the price.

Arrival and exit day

Check-in : From 15:00 to 21:00
  • For check-in from 21:00 there is an extra charge of 50 €.
Check-out : From 09:00 to 11:00
  • In case you want to store the luggage in the apartment later than 11:00 you must call us the day before your exit day and we will let you know if it is possible.

Additional information

City tax : 6.0500 € per night and person will be added to the total price.
  • The city tax will apply to a maximum of 7 nights.
  • The city tax does not apply to those under 17 years.
