Description

Beautiful 3 bedroom apartment offers queen size bed and two twin beds (or joined for a double bed). This apartment has been recently refurnished with elegant materials. Red brick walls, high ceilings, exposed wooden beams, and natural brightness all make it a welcoming apartment.

The bathroom includes a large shower, towels, soap, and a hair dryer for your convenience.

The apartment is located about 15 minutes from the Sagrada Familia and is named after the old Estrella Damm Factory that is about 5 minutes walk.

The apartment is ideal for a family or friends.

das Personal war super freundlich und hilfsbereit Wünsche und Bitten wurden immer sofort erfüllt, echt top! sehr gut angebunden ans Metro-System nur leider etwas abgelegen von der Innenstadt

I loved stayin at happy people. It's only about a 3 block walk to the nearest metro, which isn't too bad, and it offered all of the comforts of home. We went in August and the AC works wonderfully. The apartment building has a key card entry as does the apartment, so the whole group felt very safe. Everything was very clean and covered all if the essentials. I found it very travel friendly. Was even equipped with a hair dryer, hooks in doors, cubbies in bedrooms and coffee maker and such to make travel simple and painless. I loved it! The shower door was very odd, only covering about 1/2 of what should have been covered. The staff is extremely accommodating too. We ended up being about 40 minutes late to meet the staff to pick up our key, but they waited until we had arrived. Thank goodness!

Cancellation

  • For cancellations within 30 days prior to the arrival day we charge the 25% of the total amount.
  • For cancellations within 8 days prior to the arrival day we charge the 100% of the total amount.

Cancellations must be notified to us by e-mail to info@habitatapartments.com and acknowledgement of receipt must be sent by Habitat Apartments.

Payment

Advance payment:
  • A 16.50% of total price is charged on your credit card for all reservations.
  • The balance is payable to our representative at check-in on the arrival day.
Payment on arrival day : Cash and credit card
  • 500 € bills not accepted.
  • We do accept Visa or Mastercard.
Deposit:
Final cleaning : Included in the price.

Arrival and exit day

Check-in : From 15:00 to 21:00
Check-out : Before 11:00
  • In case you want to store the luggage in the apartment later than 11:00 you must call us the day before your exit day and we will let you know if it is possible.

Additional information

City tax : 6.0500 € per night and person will be added to the total price.
  • The city tax will apply to a maximum of 7 nights.
  • The city tax does not apply to those under 17 years.
