70 m2 apartment with 2 bedrooms in a very romantic style located in the heart of the Eixample district offering accommodation for a maximum of 5 people.

This apartment is not only ideal for visitors but also for business stays because of its location (5 min. walk to the Congress Palace, Barcelona Fair and excellent connected to Barcelona Airport and Main Train Station –Sants Estació).

-Payment note: For all reservations of 1000€ or more for this apartment the balance is payable in advance (up to a maximum of a week in advance of arrival).

Apartment very very nice, friendly and with all the comforts. The person who greeted us was very kind. Small flaw, the window in the bathroom did not close properly, so when you shower is a little cold, also the bathroom is a little small ... Apartment is 2 steps from the Metro which is connected perfectly with the center. A 15 minutes walk from the Gothic Quarter. We would return gladly. Cancellation

  • For cancellations within 30 days prior to the arrival day we charge the 40% of the total amount.
  • For cancellations within 15 days prior to the arrival day we charge the 40% of the total amount.
  • Cancellation on the arrival day or no show we will charge the 100% of the total amount.

Cancellations must be notified to us by e-mail to info@habitatapartments.com and acknowledgement of receipt must be sent by Habitat Apartments.

Payment

Advance payment:
  • A 15.00% of total price is charged on your credit card for all reservations.
  • The balance is payable to our representative at check-in on the arrival day.
Payment on arrival day : Cash and credit card
  • 500 € bills not accepted.
  • Credit card payment is subject to a 2.00% fee.
  • We do accept Visa or Mastercard.
Deposit : Credit card
  • A damage deposit of 150 € will be guaranteed by your credit card.
  • We do accept Visa or Mastercard.
Final cleaning : Included in the price.

Arrival and exit day

Check-in : From 14:00
  • For check-in from 22:00 there is an extra charge of 30 €.
Check-out : Before 11:00
  • In case you want to store the luggage in the apartment later than 11:00 you must call us the day before your exit day and we will let you know if it is possible.

Additional information

City tax : 6.0500 € per night and person will be added to the total price.
  • The city tax will apply to a maximum of 7 nights.
  • The city tax does not apply to those under 17 years.
