Description

Newly renovated apartment in the Eixample neighborhood a few minutes walk from Sants station.
Equipped with a spacious and bright living room with access to the apartment terrace. And, 2 double bedrooms with a double bed each, and direct access to the terrace on one of them, and one single room. In addition to 2 fully equipped bathrooms, one with a bathtub and the other with a shower.
The kitchen is fully equipped and functional. There's air conditioning in the living room and heating throughout the apartment. The maximum capacity of the apartment is 5 people

Conditions

Cancellation

For cancellations within 30 days prior to the arrival day we charge the 40% of the total amount.
For cancellations within 15 days prior to the arrival day we charge the 80% of the total amount.
Cancellation on the arrival day or no show we will charge the 100% of the total amount.

Cancellations must be notified to us by e-mail to info@habitatapartments.com and acknowledgement of receipt must be sent by Habitat Apartments.

Payment

Advance payment:

A 20.00% of total price is charged on your credit card for all reservations.
The balance is payable to our representative at check-in on the arrival day.

Payment on arrival day : Cash and credit card

500 € bills not accepted.
Credit card payment is subject to a 4.00% fee.
We do accept Visa or Mastercard.

Deposit : Credit card

A damage deposit of 300 € will be guaranteed by your credit card.
We do accept Visa or Mastercard.

Final cleaning : Included in the price.

Arrival and exit day

Check-in : From 11:00 to 01:00

For check-in from 21:00 there is an extra charge of 30 €.
For check-in from 23:00 there is an extra charge of 40 €.

Check-out : From 00:00 to 11:00

In case you want to store the luggage in the apartment later than 11:00 you must call us the day before your exit day and we will let you know if it is possible.

Additional information

City tax : 6.0500 € per night and person will be added to the total price.

The city tax will apply to a maximum of 7 nights.
The city tax does not apply to those under 17 years.

Location of this apartment in Barcelona

The Eixample esquerra is a very attractive neighborhood with a wide variety of shopping and leisure activities. It is known for its sumptuous 19th-century apartment blocks and the majestic architecture that lines the Plaza de España, including the buildings of the 1929 International Exhibition and the refined Arenas de Barcelona shopping center.
