Comfortable apartment, featuring 2 bedrooms, sleeps up to 6 people located in Eixample Area just 15 minutes walking from Plaza Catalunya. It is perfectly designed for a comfortable stay for families or friends.

It offers 2 bedrooms, one double and one single, with spacious wardrobes, an en-suite bathroom and a living-dining room with a sofa bed. The single bedroom provides 2 single beds (one bed slides out from under the other).

Location of this apartment in Barcelona

The Arc de Triomf apartments are located in Calle Ausias Marc with Calle Napols, next to Passeig Sant Joan, just 15 minutes on foot from Plaza Catalunya and just 2 blocks from the nearest metro/train station. The apartments are named after the nearby arch which commemorates a rare victory for the forces of Catalunya.

The city’s park, Parque Ciutadella and the zoo, are also ten minutes on foot from the apartment, down the broad Passeig San Joan. In the same direction, and equally close, you’ll find the historic, and very fashionable, Born area, with a great range of quality restaurants, tapas joints, lively bars and trendy boutiques. A ten-minute walk in the opposite direction, towards the hills, takes you to La Sagrada Familia, Antoni Gaudi’s impressive, eccentric and unfinished masterpiece.

The Apartment was clean and comfortable and excellently fitted out for our requirements. We walked into the old city most days so the location was central and handy for the metro if required. Code systems instead of keys are a great idea as one less thing to carry on your adventures. I\'d definitely use habitat apartments again if I was looking for accommodation in Barcelona or one of the other cities they oeprate in.

The location was perfect and the apartment was wonderful. Recommend however that you use the towel service. No natural light in the bathroom so the towels never dried. For an American I found the washer/dryer combo difficult to use.

- For cancellations within 30 days prior to the arrival day we charge the 40% of the total amount.
- For cancellations within 15 days prior to the arrival day we charge the 80% of the total amount.
- Cancellation on the arrival day or no show we will charge the 100% of the total amount.

- The balance is payable to our representative at check-in on the arrival day.

- 500 € bills not accepted.
- Credit card payment is subject to a 4.00% fee.
- We do accept Visa or Mastercard.

Deposit: Cash and credit card
- A damage deposit of 150 € will be guaranteed by your credit card or paid in cash.

Final cleaning: Included in the price.

Arrival and exit day

Check-in: From 11:00
- Early check-in is possible from 07:00 and there is an extra charge of 20 €.
- For check-in from 22:00 there is an extra charge of 20 €.
- For check-in from 00:00 there is an extra charge of 50 €.

Check-out: Before 11:00
- In case you want to store the luggage in the apartment later than 11:00 you must call us the day before your exit day and we will let you know if it is possible.

Additional information

City tax: 0.715 € per night and person will be added to the total price.
- The city tax will apply to a maximum of 7 nights.
- The city tax does not apply to those under 17 years.
