In the center of the Born district, this 45m2 apartment located on the third floor has two double bedrooms, one with a double bed and the other with bunk beds. It has an equipped bathroom and shower tray. Beautiful living area with exposed stone walls and wooden beams, open to a fully equipped kitchen area. I have a small balcony overlooking Carders Street.

We had booked this apartment from Sunday 17th September but an error had been made and we weren’t expected until Monday. HA: Thank you very much for your comments. It is good to know that you have had a great stay and that you have enjoyed your apartment and its comfort. We hope to see you again. Alternative accommodation was arranged. Once we were in this apartment it was great. We had chosen it because of the location and it was perfect

Cancellation

  • For cancellations within 30 days prior to the arrival day we charge the 40% of the total amount.
  • For cancellations within 15 days prior to the arrival day we charge the 80% of the total amount.
  • Cancellation on the arrival day or no show we will charge the 100% of the total amount.

Cancellations must be notified to us by e-mail to info@habitatapartments.com and acknowledgement of receipt must be sent by Habitat Apartments.

Payment

Advance payment:
  • A 20.00% of total price is charged on your credit card for all reservations.
  • The balance is payable to our representative at check-in on the arrival day.
Payment on arrival day : Cash and credit card
  • 500 € bills not accepted.
  • Credit card payment is subject to a 4.00% fee.
  • We do accept Visa or Mastercard.
Deposit : Cash and credit card
  • A damage deposit of 300 € will be guaranteed by your credit card or paid in cash.
  • 500 € bills not accepted.
  • We do accept Visa or Mastercard.
Final cleaning : Included in the price.

Arrival and exit day

Check-in : From 15:00 to 02:00
  • For check-in from 21:00 there is an extra charge of 30 €.
  • For check-in from 23:00 there is an extra charge of 40 €.
Check-out : From 07:00 to 11:00
  • In case you want to store the luggage in the apartment later than 11:00 you must call us the day before your exit day and we will let you know if it is possible.

Additional information

City tax : 6.0500 € per night and person will be added to the total price.
  • The city tax will apply to a maximum of 7 nights.
  • The city tax does not apply to those under 17 years.
