Description

Lives in Vanguardista Apartment an amazing holiday with all the necessary amenities and a great location.

The apartment has a large double room with a double bed, a small window and a bathroom with shower.

In the common area (a wide open area) there is the living room with a sofa bed and a plasma TV, dining for 4 people and a fully equipped kitchen and a small table for two people. Along the corridor there is a shelf with a long table and very good lighting, ideal for spending time reading.

-1 Bedroom with double bed
-1 Complete Bathroom with shower
-1 Living Room with double sofa bed, TV and two small tables
-Dining  room for 4 people
-Fully equipped kitchen with: fridge, hob, oven, kettle, toaster, washing machine and dryer and small table and two chairs.
-Hall table with shelf and along the wall.

I must say I was very pleased with the Vanguardista apartment,it is right in the center of Barcelona on Rambla Catalunya. The area is elegant and safe, when we arrived the owner was there waiting for us, very punctual! The apartment is just like advertised on the internet,Rambla Catalunya has all one needs,lots of gourmet restaurants,shopping,supermarkets and more,the Barcelona tourist office is 20 metres up the street on passatge concepciò.We just had 5 perfect days in BCN we'll be back 100% !

Conditions

Cancellation

  • For cancellations within 30 days prior to the arrival day we charge the 40% of the total amount.
  • For cancellations within 15 days prior to the arrival day we charge the 80% of the total amount.
  • Cancellation on the arrival day or no show we will charge the 100% of the total amount.

Cancellations must be notified to us by e-mail to info@habitatapartments.com and acknowledgement of receipt must be sent by Habitat Apartments.

Payment

Advance payment:
  • A 22.00% of total price is charged on your credit card for all reservations.
  • The balance is payable to our representative at check-in on the arrival day.
Payment on arrival day : Cash and credit card
  • 500 € bills not accepted.
  • Credit card payment is subject to a 4.00% fee.
  • We do accept Visa or Mastercard.
Deposit : Cash
  • A damage deposit of 300 € in cash will be required.
  • 500 € bills not accepted.
Final cleaning : Included in the price.

Arrival and exit day

Check-in : From 15:00
  • For check-in from 20:00 there is an extra charge of 30 €.
  • For check-in from 00:00 there is an extra charge of 40 €.
Check-out : Before 12:00
  • In case you want to store the luggage in the apartment later than 12:00 you must call us the day before your exit day and we will let you know if it is possible.

Additional information

City tax : 6.0500 € per night and person will be added to the total price.
  • The city tax will apply to a maximum of 7 nights.
  • The city tax does not apply to those under 17 years.
