Dieses wunderbar und modern eingerichtete Dachgeschoss-Apartment bietet drei geschmackvoll gestaltete Schlafzimmer, eine sonnige Terrasse, 2 Badezimmer und einen großen Wohnbereich.

Das Apartment bietet folgende Ausstattung und Services:

  • 3 Schlafzimmer, davon zwei mit Queen Size Betten (160cm x 200cm) und eines mit 2 Einzelbetten.
  • Großzügiges und komfortables Wohnzimmer mit Esstisch für 6 Personen, einem Wohnbereich mit Sesseln und Satelliten TV. Die Terrasse ist über das Wohnzimmer zu erreichen.
  • Treppenhaus zum 2. Stock des Apartments.
  • 2 Badezimmer mit Toilette. Eines mit Badewanne und Dusche, das andere mit Dusche.
  • Eine gut ausgestattete Küche mit Spülmaschine, Backofen, Mikrowellengerät, Toaster, Kühlschrank, Tiefkühlfach, Kaffeemaschine, Tisch und Stühlen.
  • Terrasse mit Blick auf die Sagrada Familia und den Agbar Turm ( der nachts spektakulär beleuchtet ist). Die Terrasse verfügt über einen Tisch und Stühle und ist sonnig bis abends.

      A beautiful apartment in an excellent location. Beds very comfortable. Great neighbourhood stores. Apartment right across street from metro entrance. A bit short on cutlery and wine glasses - would use dishwasher less if there more of these. Very cold winter in Barcelona, but the heat worked well in the apartment. And a phenomenal view from the apartment.

      Overall, a very nice apartment in a very handy area; not touristic but close to center. We had a couple of problems. We asked for a high chair to be available but it never materialised. There were items in the kitchen not suitable for induction hob (frying pans ?!). The knob at the entrance door was so loose it ended up falling to the ground on our last day! Saying that, we enjoyed our stay and would recommend with no hesitation.

      Tessa is a great apartment. There were 4 adults staying in the apartment and it was comfortable for all 4 of us. The apartment was in a great location, safe area, great access to metro, banks, restaurants, taxis. The apartment was clean. Our contact person, Esperansa was very nice, efficient and informative. It was a very quiet apartment as far as traffic noise and neighbors. The beds were comfortable. The apartment just lacked a couple of things. It could have used a few more glasses for example and the towels could have been a better quality but these are small issues. We would definitely stay there again and the price was right.

      I found the apartment exactly as described on the website and in fact it looked even nicer in pictures than on the website. The location was perfect (15 min walk from Las Ramblas / 10 min walk to Born). An added bonus was the balcony with great views of city

      We loved our stay in the "Tessa" apartment. It was perfect for our family. The apartment was very spacious, modern, well equipped & clean. The location was wonderful - very convenient to everything. Delicious bakery across the street, grocery store around the corner & down a block or so. Lots of great restaurants in the neighborhood. Enjoyed relaxing on the terrace. Would definitely recommend to our friends. Great service from Habitat Apartments

      The Tessa Apartment is ideally located for both the city and beach attractions with the underground being less than 5 minutes away and the bus stop just outside the apartment. The apartment itself was very clean, modern and well maintained, both the air conditioning and showers were in excellent working order and greatly appreciated in temperatures hitting around 30 degrees! Overall it met our needs for a family of 5 adults, however if there had been 6 adults there would not have been sufficient comfortable seating. The photographs on the website are accurate although the bathroom and balcony pictures appear slightly larger than they actually are but having said this it is a quality apartment in an excellent location. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and even if we considered it a little expensive for self catering we would not hesitate to stay here again.

      We very much enjoyed our stay at Tessa apartments. The view is fantasticand the location extremely convenient with a metro station very nearby. The apartment is very well equipped (especially the kitchen)and the air con was a Godsend in the heat of the summer. Would definitely recommend. Habitat were also really helpful, and effecient, in sorting out some very minor (internet) issues.       Apartment was great, certainly helped to make a fantastic holiday. Location is brilliant, you can easily walk to many of the main attractions, without staying in a main tourist area!       I loved the place. It was perfect for our family of five. I would have given a 10 for state of repair but the television did not work, they said they would replace but they did not. I t was very easy to get taxis in the area, for during the day we would walk to take in the view and then taxi back. Would book with Habitat again.

It is located in a calm area near the centre; you can walk to the city centre (although there is a metro station closeby).       Thank you for our lovely stay in Barcelona. We thought the apartment was ideally located near the Eixample and the Old City - central, yet in a quiet and residential neighborhood. We used the metro just across the street to get to many attractions, but also walked to Passeig de Gracia and the Sagrada Familia. The apartment was clean and comfortable and the view from the balcony of the Sagrada Familia and the city really is outstanding. I spent every evening on that balcony! The apartment was also very quiet and the air conditioning works wonderfully. You staff was very responsive and kindly supplied beach towels for us upon our request, which we much appreciated.       I am writing to say that we had a fantastic time in Barcelona. The Tessa Apartment was superb - just what we needed! The balcony was great with a fantastic view of the Sagrada Familia etc. and the apartment itself was well decorated and presented. The beds were extremely comfortable. We had great communication from Habitat before the holiday and from our Habitat representative on arrival and departure. We were able to leave our luggage on our last day which meant it did not affect our last day in wonderful Barcelona. We will be back - and will recommend Habitat Apartments to others!       Tessa apartment was PERFECT, everything that we expected and MORE!. the location couldn’t have been more convenient, the view from the terrace was breathtaking, and the spaciousness of the apartment was luxurious. I hope we left everything is an acceptable state. we tried to straighten us as much as possible, but later I remembered that we did not reposition the beds as found on arrival.     Das Tessa Apartment befindet sich am Plaza Tetuan im Eixample Viertel nur 5 Blocks vom Ps de Gracia und Plaza Catalunya entfernt. Gerade mal 100 Meter vom Apartment entfernt ist die nächste U-Bahn Station (Linie 2) die direkt zum Ps de Gracia und Plaza Catalunya führt. Die Umgebung der Apartments bietet vielfältige Möglichkeiten Essen zu gehen, ebenso wie sonnige Terrassen am Ps de Sant Joan.
