The location of the flat is just perfect! Metro station, shops, touristic spots, we loved it! The area is not noisy and not invaded by tourists, a real Spanish life. The building is nice and the flat big. It could have a better equipment. We missed some things that we considered essential. Dishcloth, a real coffee machine, a teaspoon. These are small things, but it would improve the stay. The informations at the arrival were few, especially about rubbish. Great stay

Overall good. Watch out for hidden cost such as deposit for damages and charges for delay regarding checking time. Our flight was delayed and we had to keep trying to update the agency. There were charges for waiting and key charge for arrivals after a certain time - I think 10:00 pm. The person checking us in was understanding. We are still waiting for deposit to be returned. The location was convienient to underground and attractions . Market and shops just outside the apartment.

We would very much recommend using this apartment. Natalia met us at the allotted time and was very helpful in showing us the necessary details about the apartment and also about hwo to get the best out of our few days in Barcelona. Beds were clean and comfortable. The shower was consistently powerful and hot. Would have like a mirror in bedrooms not just in bathroom. Only one hairdryer not two as stated and this wasnt very powerful.

Estancia muy agradable. Apartamento en muy buen estado, amplio, con todo lo necesario para nuestra estancia de tres noches. Zona agradable, muy cerca de Plaza España, muy bien comunicado (la parada de metro está a la puerta). Totalmente recomendable.

Apartment is in a central location. It is in a walking distance to many important places in Barcelona like Placa de Espanya, Camp Nou and Barcelona Sants station. Hostafrancs metro station is straight on the apartment's building door step- location cannot be any better!!! Apartment itself is spacious and comfortable with all the appliances and utensils you may need. The building is very old though so noise is an issue. Some of the beds are uncomfortable and even sqweecky, which is annoying.

Positive points: Good location next to Hostafranc metro. Very clean bathrrom and bed and spacious. Not far from Spanish square and magic fountains and camp nou. Negative points: Obbviously not used for a while as dandruff on sofa, a layer of dust on furniture and floor. Had to use antibacterial wipes on arrival even though bathroom and beds were very clean. No vacuum in cupboard. Main lamp was broken as well as glass in coffee table. Noise from metro can keep you awake. Definitely 2*. Habitat comments: Thank you for sharing your experiences. El apartamento estaba muy limpio y con espacio suficiente para las cinco personas que somos, resaltaría la buena comunicación que tiene, con transportes públicos muy cercanos (en la misma puerta está el metro de Hostafrancs) además hay comercios cercanos y recomendaría la Bodega Monumental que está dos números más abajo y que sirve una mariscada de lujo. La ubicación del apartmento es estupenda, se puede ir paseando hasta Montjuic y Plaza España. Aunque el apartamento vibra cuando pasa el metro.

We had a very pleasant experience with Habitat Apartments in late October this year. The apartment looked just like in the photos, everything was functional, the personnel was very kind - all in all, an apartment we would recommend for a short holiday in Barcelona. It is very well located, within walking distance from Plaza Espana, easily accessible, quiet, with all necessary amenities. It is perfect for a family of four, although it can accommodate six if you use the sofa in the living-room.

Lovely clean bright apartment in a great location. Photos are a true likeness. Metro a few steps away, Placa Espanya within a 5 minute walk. Shops, restaurants, etc close at hand, good Mercadona supermarket off C/ Llobet - street facing the apartment. Well equipped kitchen, although toaster did not work. Noisy at front with balcony doors open and building vibrates due to Metro - but soon acclimatised. Unpleasant odour at times, but this is common in Barcelona. Overall, an excellent apartment! / Habitat comments: thank you for your review. We are sorry about the smell, and hope it was not too disturbing.

Cozy, clean, comfortable and spacious apartment with sufficient space for the family (5 persons)

Appartement très bien équipé situé dans un quartier très animé. À 2 pas du Métro, de la Gelataria, de la boulagerie et de l'épicerie et à 5 minutes des fontaines magiques. Nous avons adoré notre séjour dans cet appartement. Le seul point négatif de cet appartement est l'odeur qui est probablement celle de l'eau de Barcelone.
