The washer and dryer did not work-this was very disappointing. We were only able to get one channel on the TV. At check-in, we were shown many other channels, but we were never able to access them. The on-site manager was helpful and tried many times to get other channels, but it never worked. I will admit that perhaps we just did not know how to work these devices. I would suggest providing written instructions on the use of these devices. HABITAT COMMENTS: Thank you for your feedback. The washer is working properly and an instruction manual is provided in the apartment.

Location of the apartment is great. Quiet and close to everything. We used the apartment as a place to sleep and we were very pleased. The only complaint we had was very noisy working fridge - we did not need it so we turned it off. We hope to come back to this place.

Loved staying in this apartment -although there was quite a lot of noise some nights with the clean up after the restaurants closed.
Very pleasant apartment well equipped - great location.
Would have liked a little more information in English in regards to tourist sights.
Whilst we found Habitat to be a very efficient booking agency we did not have occasion to make any contact during our stay so can\'t score the question Habitat service during our stay. // HABITAT COMMENT (04-11-2013): Thank you for your review. The location is very good, but Habitat Apartments has better apartments (with more windows)in this area.

We really appreciated being able to block out the street noises. It was a restful place. However the shower is awful. The water pressure in the kitchen is wonderful but the shower is dismal . A good shower is important and I would perhaps try another apartment to get a decent shower.//comment from Habitat: thank you for the comment we will contact the owner and try to fix the shower.

perfect location! best area in Barcelona, loved it. Apartment was very clean and bright, a good size for the area witha separate utility room and small kitchen. Good size fridge (if a bit drippy) and enjoyed using the coffee maker. Didn\'t use the cooking faclities so can\'t comment. Sound proofing above and below good but our neighbours in the next apaprtment could be heard flushing toilet etc. Only negatives were the bed ( a bit hard but we got used to it) and the shower - water pressure low.

Lovely compact contemporary apartment in great location. Wi-fi was good, Mercat downstairs was a really nice touch. Only downsides were satellite TV never worked, hot water pressure in shower was non-existent and bed was too hard for us. Would definitely book another Princessa apartment again in this building. / Thank you for your review. Please note that the shower and satellite are being fixed. Habitat Apartments team

Apartment is in a small lane and the direction to the apartment is not clear on the habitat website, it\'s a bit hard to locate. There are lots of eating joint and mini supermarket close by.

IT\'S A GOOD APARTMENT, EXCEPT FOR THE SHOWER. BECAUSE THERE\'S NOT ENOUGH WATER PRESSURE IN THE SHOWER.

The only problem with this flat is the mattress.
The location could not have been better, and yes you can hear noise off the street a little, but you are in the heart of the Born area!!!

The most important was the location - just great! Close to the most important sights of the city, close to the beach, and the bars, pubs and nightlife was around. On the other hand calm & quiet little street without hundrets of tourists. Great value for money, all you need to have a short citybreak in wonderful Barcelona! Thanks!!!

Great location, clean apartment. The check-in lady was a hoot! :) Nice experiences with everyone involved. The only negatives were that you could hear everything in the neighboring apartments and that the wifi wasn\'t working. We didn\'t call to have the problem corrected, though. I\'m sure they would have fixed it had they known.

Location ideal - Born area. Style is neat & tidy. Service offered are adequate. Overall a but expensive. Fridge a bt noisy & apartment walls are thin so you can hear noises from other apartments (talking, bathroom...).

Greeter was very helpful and understanding of our late arrival. Apartment came with everything you would expect: coffee maker, hair dryer, stocked kitchenette. Only suggestions would be an alarm clock and directions to nearby facilities: phone, ATM, post office and grocery posted. Great location in old town. Walk to everything including Metro.

Location excellent. The plumbing noices (e.g. if someone flushed the toilet) of the building were a bit noisy sometimes at nights, but otherwise it was quite quiet and we enjoyed our stay. The kitchenware was sufficient.

Princesa 8 is a very nice apartment! The location is very central and the apartment is very modern and clean. It's nice to have air conditioning in the apartment!

like the apartment. but should have cleaning service at least once for any duration of stay.
also specific instructions to reach the place should be updated cos we went and were told otherwise how to get to apartments as the train was not going the same destination anymore. also early contact to inform of things to do early may be useful.

We have left your appartment and your city with regret. We are still impressed how fenomenal is Barcelona as it was our first visit ever in this town.We are happy to say that we made the right choice picking up your offer as a place to spend our honeymoon. We had a wonderful weekend in Barcelona and we loved every part of it! First of all, I would like to thank you for the opportunity you gave us to leave the luggage in the apartment after 11am, it really saved us some time! The location of the flat was perfect and very central, literally a short walk away from everything.
