Este apartamento está situado en una finca rehabilitada, y cuenta con un dormitorio con balcón y acceso directo al baño, un amplio salón elegantemente amueblado y una cocina completamente equipada. El edificio donde se encuentra el apartamento, es uno de los más emblemáticos del Barrio del Borne. En el año 1.995 fue finalista del premio FAD de Arquitectura.

Todos los apartamentos "Princesa" están situados en el mismo edificio.

    This apartment is extremely well located in the heart of all the action. It needs some minor repairs. I missed having a hook in the bathroom for haging my bathrobe and one for the toilet kit. a stand for toothbrushes and toothpaste would be practical. All in all, I had a very pleasant stay at Princesa 3 and I will definitely try to use habitat apartments services in the future. Thank you. BTW, Julia is efficient, helpful and very friendly.

      The boiler is leaking and drops water of about 4 liters a day, need urgent repair. Some pictures were removed from wall with trace. Habitat Apartments: the boiler has since been replaced so now there is no problem with leakages!

      Perfect location minutes away from the square and in the middle of Barcelonetta and la Rambla. Perfect service on arrival and quick response with inquiries. I'd rent again without any fear.

      Overall, staying with Habitat was an excellent experience, and I would highly recommend it for people who are more independent travelers. We didn\'t have a European mobile phone, which made contacting Habitat more difficult during our stay when the internet failed. The hot water tank provides around 5 minutes of continuous shower time, requiring close to one hour to reheat. A portable electric space heater is the only heat source - it does get cold in Barcelona. NOTE: New air con / heater has since been installed which heats the apartment very well - Habitat Apartments.

      Always enjoy staying here - good apartment, well-equipped, great neighborhood. I have only two wishes: stronger internet connection; and more hot water so that we wouldn\'t have to wait 1/2 hour between showers.

      The apartment was great - for two people! Very clean and very well equiped. The location is absolutely central and very closed to everything. The staff is very cooperative. We only have to note a few little issues like the bed which is a little too small and the very noisy elevator... Apart from that we loved princesa 3!

      Nice apartment and would definitely recommend to others for 2 people. Definitely in the best location - would happily stay in this apartment block again! Service was great too and Laura was very helpful with questions.! ps - i have booked with HA many times, and would not book anywehre else! Very helpful, safe and trustworthy!

      very good location - close to everything including shops, transport, etc. The decoration & style is shown exactly as online. We had everything we needed in terms of amenities but could with more cleaning supplies to use. Price was reasonable but could be lowered for longer stays.It would be nice to have more English channels like Sky or CNN. Otherwise, it was a great stay and we hope to return soon!

      Simple, clean and nice apartment, but in need of some maintenance. The location is perfect (El Born - in a quiet street). Furniture is modern 'Ikea'. Not soundproof as you can hear the lift, talking from other apartments. The price is right for the apartment.

      Great location in the Born area - perfect. Apartment had everything we needed, including washing machine and WiFi. Much better value than hotels.
