Venice is a unique city in the world so magical that it never fails to enchant all its visitors. Its streets, alleys and canals are a must-see and a photographer's paradise. The city in its entirety is listed as a World Heritage Site. Located in north-eastern Italy, it has 118 small islands separated by canals and linked by pretty bridges. The romantic 'City of Canals' is divided into six areas or 'Sestieres', located on each side of the Canal Grande. The following areas describe the major areas in which our apartments are situated in the city.
San Polo is one of the smaller and older neighbourhoods of the city, known for hosting the main market in Venice. It offers great fish and is surrounded by the typical Bacaris, bars where Venetians usually meet and where you will enjoy a drink or one of the delights of the city.
This charming area features the famous Rialto Bridge, an old and important one for Venice as well. A few minutes’ walk from our apartments you can reach one of the world's most beautiful squares: Piazza San Marco with its magnificent monuments, cafés and elegant shops.
