You will welcomed in an elegant and comfortable space, wisely furnished and decorated with brick ceilings and wheels paintings by a famous Italian artist. The apartment offers all amenities and comforts: it ia a good option for a family or a group of friends. You will find here a living room with dining table and double sofa bed, a large equipped kitchen, 1 double bedroom with wardrobe and bathroom ensuite (Jacuzzi), 1 twin bedroom and 1 complete bathroom in the corridor.

Excellent roomy apartment with plenty of room for two adult children. Modern decor and appliances and very friendly staff. The apartment is in an excellent area full of restaurants,shops and things to see. Fantastic place .

Conditions

Cancellation

  • For cancellations within 30 days prior to the arrival day we charge the 40% of the total amount.
  • For cancellations within 15 days prior to the arrival day we charge the 80% of the total amount.
  • Cancellation on the arrival day or no show we will charge the 100% of the total amount.
  • Please note that the prepayment is non-refundable, not even in the case of force majeure.

Cancellations must be notified to us by e-mail to info@habitatapartments.com and acknowledgement of receipt must be sent by Habitat Apartments.

Payment

Advance payment:
  • A 16.00% of total price is charged on your credit card for all reservations.
  • The balance is payable to our representative at check-in on the arrival day.
Payment on arrival day : Cash
  • 500 € bills not accepted.
Deposit : Cash
  • A damage deposit of 300 € in cash will be required.
  • 500 € bills not accepted.
Final cleaning : Included in the price.

Arrival and exit day

Check-in : From 12:00
  • For check-in from 21:00 there is an extra charge of 25 €.
  • For check-in from 23:00 there is an extra charge of 40 €.
Check-out : Before 10:00
  • In case you want to store the luggage in the apartment later than 10:00 you must call us the day before your exit day and we will let you know if it is possible.

Additional information

City tax : 3.5000 € per night and person will be added to the total price.
  • The city tax will apply to a maximum of 10 nights.
  • The city tax does not apply to those under 10 years.
