Excellent location. Two minutes to Pantheon. Supermarket and many restaurants close by. Apartment very clean and comfortable. Kitchen facilities for breakfast and snacks, not for making dinners. We walked to all main sites from this location. Good value for money.

We spent a week in this beautiful apartment. The location is fantastic as you are minutes away from all the main sites. The apartment was clean and modern. I liked the fact that the living room with the sofa bed has a door, so whoever stays in there has privacy.

The location of this apartment is brilliant. 3 minutes stroll to the Pantheon or Navona.
All in all this apartment is in a fantastic location, easily accessible and when you compare the floor space to what you would get in a hotel then booking this was a no brainer.
Conditions
Cancellation
- For cancellations within 30 days prior to the arrival day we charge the 40% of the total amount.
- For cancellations within 15 days prior to the arrival day we charge the 80% of the total amount.
- Cancellation on the arrival day or no show we will charge the 100% of the total amount.
- Cancellations must be notified to us by e-mail to info@habitatapartments.com and acknowledgement of receipt must be sent by Habitat Apartments.
Payment
Advance payment
- A 16.00% of total price is charged on your credit card for all reservations.
- The balance is payable to our representative at check-in on the arrival day.

- A damage deposit of 300 € in cash will be required.

Arrival and exit day

- From 12:00
- For check-in from 21:00 there is an extra charge of 25 €.
- For check-in from 23:00 there is an extra charge of 40 €.
Check-out
- Before 10:00
- In case you want to store the luggage in the apartment later than 10:00 you must call us the day before your exit day and we will let you know if it is possible.
Additional information
City tax
- 3.5000 € per night and person will be added to the total price.
- The tourist tax will apply to a maximum of 10 nights.
- The tourist tax does not apply to those under 10 years.
