We very much enjoyed our stay. Alejandro checked us in to the apartment and was very informative. He offered suggestions of things to do in the Madrid and gave us instructions of the apartment. We found that the location was ideal, close to several tourist sites and close to a Metro stop. Our only negative comment was the poor air conditioning, the unit in the apartment did not work well and the apartment stayed warm during our stay in July. Stayed in Madrid this week, for 4 days, the weather was great, beating the british downpour of a summer we are having at the moment. From the outset the oems was good, when we arrived our rep met us at the apartment, everything explained very well, the apartment was very modern clean and tidy. Very clean apartment with an excellent layout in an excellent location in Madrid. Safe, secured entry with video surveillance. Good functioning elevator to get to/from the apartment. The bed and pull-out sofa were both comfortable. Plenty of room for our clothes and toiletries for an entire week. Very easy to get everywhere from this location by walking, metro or bus. The shower was divine after hot days in Madrid. Overall, an excellent apartment in a great part of the city. Would stay again!

Todo me pareció bien, lo único es que quien hace el check in, o responde le teléfono del anuncio no proporciona información que generalmente responde alguien de un hotel, hubo confusión respecto a los cargos extras pues no se nos comunicaron expresamente y que tampoco podían aclararnos a menos que llamaramos a la oficina que esta en otra ciudad. algo tedioso cuando uno lo que quiere es facilitar procesos antes o después de un viaje largo, por lo demás todo bien.

Great apartment - have stayed here twice before. Compact but had everything we needed. Local contact who met us at the apartment was very helpful (Frederico I think). Good location for exploring Madrid.

Great location very central to all the attractions all within easy walking distance. There is traffic noise but I guess that's the price you pay for being in the centre, the photo on the website of the outside is not the Latina Cubic it's the block opposite which is misleading. Todo muy bien. Piso con inmejorable ubicación, cómodo y bonito. Está en una calle animada pero no hay mucho ruido por la noche. Decoración moderna, tal y como figura en las fotos. La entrega de llaves muy rápida.

Really good location for visiting locations around central Madrid without needing to use the Metro and for easy access to local bars and food in the evening. Located on a busy road so some traffic noise but not overbearing and a reasonable trade off for the convenience.

My husband and I enjoyed our stay at this apartment. I was located very close to many excellent restaurants and to the awesome San Miguel Market. For such a bustling neighborhood, we were surprised by how quiet it was in the apartment at night. It is very close to a metro station, and not too far to walk to many of the main tourist sites like the Prado and Royal Palace if so inclined. It was very clean and check in and check out were easy.

Excellent apartment great area, only negative is that for a five night stay we were only given one set on towels. No egg cups. Location can be a wee bit noisy, but only to be expected given the location.

Apartment and service was excellent. Apartment modern and well thought out, lots of storage and very comfortable for us - we were two sisters - could accommodate 4 at a push but better for 2 people. All furnishings and equipment very good quality, and apartment very clean. Booking process very straightforward and rep meeting us was very friendly and informative. Great location, just a few minutes walk from metro, and a few minutes more to Plaza Major. Definitely recommend it.

The Latina Cubic apartment is perfect for 2 people and is in a great location in La Latina. The apartment is in a lovely building and is well appointed and the whole check in process is well managed as ever with Habitat apartments in which ever city you rent them.
