The apartment is OKAY, but the fact that to go to the bathroom you have to pass throughout one of the bedrooms make us feel uncomfortable sometimes! Excellent location!

Great location, easy to get to and well appointed. Rather than paying for a welcome pack some staples such as salt, pepper, oil tea and coffee etc would be good as travellers don't often carry such items.

Lovely apartment with easy access to the metro. Close to restaurants and attractions of the lovely city of Madrid. Wouldn't hesitate in using again.

The latina black apartement is very conveniently located near the La Latina metro station. Restaurants are at walking distance and the City Centre is too. We stayed with 6 and had a very comfortable stay.

El apartamento tiene una ubicación excelente. Es muy cómodo y te siente solo como en casa, además el edificio es bastante seguro. Por la zona hay Carrefour Express, farmacia, fruterías, restaurantes... Muy cerca del metro (La Latina) y a un minuto del Teatro La Latina. El check-in fue muy rápido y la persona encargada de realizarlo muy puntual.

I stayed in Latina Black and Latina Superior with friends and we had a great stay here. The apartments are very comfortable, modern & have all the necessities to be able to enjoy a stay here. The apartment is spacious (well sized bedrooms, big bathroom). The area is walking distance to Plaza Mayor & near to typical bars/restaurants in the La Latina area (Cava Baja...). Highly recommended for a stay in Madrid!

We have used Habitat several times over the last two years and have always been impressed with standards of the apartments. However this visit we have problem with the electricity. As a result we prefer to stay in the superior apartment upsairs which we don't have any problem with. Overall, still a nice break away.

My Mother and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The apartment is in an excellent location, close to bars and resturants. Everything else is just a short Metro trip away.

Nice experience close to the heart of Madrid. Everything was as described in the offering. Only minor glitches: Some of the lightbulbs were broken, the kitchen equipment was not fit for real cooking experience, burt overall everything worked well. Reception was friendly, location great -- if you know you do a lot of walking in Madrid anyway -- and we had some special plans for Lavapies which is close. (I rated the service during stay with 6 because N/A or neutral is N/A.) Habitat Apartments: Thank you for your comment, we are sorry about the broken light bulbs. We send someone to put new light bulbs in.

The apartment is well equipped, the rooms have everything we would want. The location is good but a little too noisy for us.

The apartment was comfortable and well appointed with easy access to various sites. There were insufficient air conditioning vents to cool the first bedroom at the fron of the apartment, so it was uncomfortably warm at nights (we were not in the apartment during the day). The Habitat service was good and the apartment was adequate for a family of 5 with the pull out bed in the living room. A second bathroom would have been great. We enjoyed our stay at the apartment and in Madrid.

We thought the appartment was very nice, good size and well equipped. The location was very good although street could be noisy at times. The representative who met us on arrival and departure was very pleasant and helpful.

We enjoyed our stay at this apartment very much. The person who met us and opened the apartment for us was very polite and helpful. The good things about the place included: the location, it was very clean, it was well furnished and attractive, the lobby was clean, the beds were comfortable and the shower was cool looking. The negatives are: the air conditioning system is small to cool the entire apt.
