Jazz BCN Apartments is a new concept of accommodation in Barcelona inspired by the Jazz genre. A place designed for people looking for comfort, style and all amenities included.

The Jazz BCN Apartments building is strategically located in a quiet residential area of Eixample, just 5 minutes from the Sagrada Familia. Recently renovated, each apartment combines stylish and modern furnishing details.

Cool Jazz 62  apartment takes its name from the genre Cool Jazz; soft, thoughtful and quiet musical style. Following this concept, the apartment has been designed to provide an atmosphere of tranquility. As well, it features two pleasant bedrooms, a kitchen open to dining room and a living room with plenty of natural light. It will be the ideal place to enjoy a dream vacation with all services included.

* Recommended for families.
* The Terrace that can be seen in the images, is shared, is located on the roof of the building and its opening hours are subject to change.
* The apartment has a security system (cameras and noise detectors) that are only activated when the apartment is unoccupied. The security system is distributed as follows: A camera and noise detector at the entrance of the apartment, the second camera is in the living room.

Additional Information:

-Reception service from Monday to Saturday from 10:00 am to 5:00 pm
-The Cool Jazz Apartments building has a lift; however, between the elevator and the apartment are 8 steps.
-Oven with Built-In Microwave
-some furniture and decoration may differ.

The apartment is close to several metro stations (the closest is 3 minutes away), so it's easy to move around. There are several shops and supermarkets in the area (the closest one is 3 minutes away). The apartment itself is really nice, with plenty of space in the livingroom/kitcken area and in the master bedroom. The kitchen is equipped with everything you might need. The internet Wi-Fi connection works well and the lcd TVs allow you to watch many different things (cable tv, Netflix, etc).

Cancellation

  • For cancellations within 7 days prior to the arrival day we charge the 100% of the total amount.
  • Cancellation on the arrival day or no show we will charge the 100% of the total amount.

Cancellations must be notified to us by e-mail to info@habitatapartments.com and acknowledgement of receipt must be sent by Habitat Apartments.

Payment

Advance payment:
  • A 20.00% of total price is charged on your credit card for all reservations.
  • The balance is payable to our representative at check-in on the arrival day.
Payment on arrival day : Cash and credit card
  • 500 € bills not accepted.
  • Credit card payment is subject to a 4.00% fee.
  • We do accept Visa or Mastercard.
Deposit : Cash and credit card
  • A damage deposit of 300 € will be guaranteed by your credit card or paid in cash.
  • 500 € bills not accepted.
  • We do accept Visa or Mastercard.
Final cleaning : Included in the price.

Arrival and exit day

Check-in : From 11:00 to 21:00
  • Early check-in is possible from 09:00 and there is an extra charge of 10 €.
  • For check-in from 21:00 there is an extra charge of 30 €.
  • For check-in from 23:00 there is an extra charge of 40 €.
Check-out : Before 11:00
  • In case you want to store the luggage in the apartment later than 11:00 you must call us the day before your exit day and we will let you know if it is possible.

Additional information

City tax : 6.0500 € per night and person will be added to the total price.
  • The city tax will apply to a maximum of 7 nights.
  • The city tax does not apply to those under 17 years.
