Overall a great apartment in a great location and worth the value. Habitat was easy to communicate with, and has prepared the apartment for our stay with all the required amenities. The apartment has a perfect location, it is very well decorated and it has a very nice outdoor area. It is on the top floor and you can enjoy a quiet stay in the middle of the city. We had a wonderful time in Barcelona. The compact apartment is perfect for two people since it is right in the middle of the Barri Gotic. The best part of the location is its airy rooftop access. We ate outside several times. We broke one wine glass while washing it but bought two others at El Corte Ingles as replacement. I left the receipt as proof. Thank you for your recommendations and speedy service. We look forward to staying with Habitat Apartments on another time.

This apartment is situated in a lovey area not far from La Rambla with a small square outside. The square has a great tapas, tea shop and wine bar . The apartment is great, very clean with all amenities and outdoor space to sit with a glass of wine. We came in on the late flight and someone from the apartments was there to meet us with the key at our arranged time, he was extremely helpful and showed us around the apartment and places of interest on the map. I will use this apartment again.

Trés bon emplacement,petit appartement bien équipé avec une terrasse bien agréable pour les repas. La salle de douche est minuscule. L' immeuble ancien très mal insonorisé et nous avons eu des voisins très bruyants et irrespectueux.

Great location! Accurate pictures. The apartment was exactly like in pictures. Very good apartment for 3 pers. If the bathroom had been bigger and the second bedroom have had air conditioning, the apt would have been perfect (10). Walking distance to La Rambla, Barceloneta beach and the major attractions. You can have a combined city and beach vacation.

fine appartment ;-)) good lokation but it have been very nice if we can have leeved ouher suit cases, in a room in the building insted of the office 2,5 km away .... from the appartment !

Very impressed with this apartment, which I found through Booking.com. Fantastic location, excellent value and very good communication from the agents. I can't really find any fault with it at all, though we did find the door lock quite difficult to open! For a couple, two or three friends or a one-child family this is perfect. The outside space is a real bonus as we had good weather, and everything you could want was provided.

Amazing apartment in a stunning location. When we return to Barcelona we will not stay any location other than Gotic Quarter. The apartment is exactly like the images displayed. There was wifi available however it did not connect when you were in the bedroom. Staff were extremely helpful once we had arrived. We would recommend doing your research before reaching Barcelona as we found the apartment slightly difficult to find as we had never been to Barcelona before.

L'appartement est très bien placé! Il n'est pas très grand, la salle de bain petite et pas très pratique mais il est lumineux grace à la terrasse qui est un grand plus! Le week-end c'est très calme même avec les bars alentours (les chambres sont à l'arrière) mais la semaine, nous avons entendu des travaux dès 8h du matin, probablement dans les appartements autour. Calme donc mais prévoyez quand même des bouchons d'oreilles on ne sait jamais! Le sol était moyennement propre. Pas d'aspi...

Small, well equipped apartment in a great location in the Gothic District. Large terrace amongst the rooftops.

Nice apartment in a convenient location. Would be uncomfortable without the air conditioning. Well equipped. Shower drain needs attention as it doesn't drain quickly enough. You could easily flood the bathroom if not paying attention. Terrace is a huge bonus. A clothes airer would be useful. Habitat comments: Thank you for your sharing your experience with us. Bestens gelegenes Appartement. Sehr schön eingerichtet, mit einer herrlichen Terrasse. Wir waren äußerst zufrieden, besser kann man nicht wohnen. Einzig zu bemerken ist ein sehr kleines Bad.

Great small Appartment in the Gothic quarter. .. close to so many places of interest A couple if pot plants on the sun deck would be nice, you have to walk up a steep set of stairs to get the lift on the 1st floor...only a problem if your older or struggle with carrying bags up one flight of stairs. House keeping issue no dishwashing liquid ran our of toilet paper 2nd night..these are only small things. Would we stay here again..absolutely Habitat comments: Dear John, we are pleased to see that you enjoyed your stay in the apartment. As metionned in the apartment page on our website, there are -+20 stairs before reaching the elevator. Regarding the amenities included in the apartment, the welcome amenities include only 1 or 2 toilet paper for the stay, the rest has to be provided by the guest himself. It was smaller than we had anticipated, but very nicely apportioned. The staff was extremely nice...met us at the apartment and showed us everything. We were a bit disappointed in the cleanliness of the unit...small bugs were noted and a lot of dirt/sand on the floor. The furniture was quite comfortable. Loved the location SO much! In a very interesting area of Barcelona city. The terrace was lovely. Habitat comments: Thank you for your feedback. We would like to apologize concerning the cleaning. Lovely bright fresh apartment, great position. Floors clean, hoover in cupboard on terrace if needed. Bathroom adequate size. Tiles should have been cleaner in the shower cubicle. Safe did not work. rep did not report it as promised, after a phone call, maintenance there in 20 mins. Needs a large sign telling other habitat hol. makers to be quite. Next door had a gathering one eve, bedrooms at back so did not disturb sleep. Pillows too flat. Would stay again but above done would make it perfect. It would be hard to find ac better located apartment .Close by the Gothic Cathedral and Rambla it was ideally situated to easily reach everywhere we wanted to go in Barcelona. Apartment was just as described/ photographed - light and airy, clean and well furnished and kitted out and very comfortable. The terrace was a real bonus - a secluded suntrap (if there had been some sun loungers we might have been tempted to never go out!). Would definitely go back and highly recommend to others.

Myself and two teenage kids stayed here for 5nights and we all really enjoyed it. Location is the best in barcelona. Appartment is well equiped with micro wave, hob, kettle, toaster, fridge, iron and board, hairdryer and washing machine. Ok for up to 3 people max. Terrace nice but no view. Air conditioning in twin room and living area so very comfortable. Really great appartment

We really enjoyed our stay in Barcelona and Cathedral apartment. We were met promptly at the apartment and shown around. The apartment was clean and had everything we needed, with the bonus of a good size balcony. It's quite a small property but was fine for two people, although we had to get used to single beds. It was perfectly located for exploring the Gothic Quarter and beyond and especially well placed to take advantage of the busy night life, but still far enough away from the crowds

The location in Barrico Gotico was beautiful. The apartment was fully equipt. We enjoyed the terras and the sun. Everything was nearby, lots to see.

It was a great place to stay and just a few blocks from everything. They were a little late meeting us, but everything else was as advertised. Cathedral view is a stretch. The pictures are accurate.

Fantastic location, apartment is very well equipped and makes for a perfect base to explore Barcelona! It's actually situated on a famous street in Barri Gotic. My only advice would be that the bathroom is very small so if that is a problem for you (it wasn't for us) then just bear that in mind! It was such a comfortable, quiet apartment though - with wi-fi, and everything you'd need.

L'appartement est vraiment bien situé. A part la salle de bain petite et le couchage usagé d'une des deux chambres, il est vraiment fonctionnel. L'acccueil est parfait.

Comme je ne comprends pas l'anglais, j'ai essayé de répondre: Nous étions très contentes de cet appartement. La situation est super! Juste nous avons eu un petit problème: le modem posé sur des coussins de terrasse s'est renversé et il a surchauffé! Nous l'avons éteint, puis rallumé et il fonctionnait. Vraiment nous avons été très contentes de cette location, du service et c'est un appartement que je conseillerai et relouerai. Merci encore pour tout! unterkunft sehr zentral, inzwischen mit internet ausgestattet, optimal für 2 personen. Dachterrasse super! Hat ailes sehr gut geklappt!

El apartamento es precioso muy cómodo y completo. La terraza es inmejorable, llegar al atardecer, sentarte y tomar algo en ella no tiene precio. La úbicación no puede ser más céntrica, estás al lado de todo pero sin tener que sufrir los ruidos de la calle porque aunque se encuentre en pleno barrio gótico y a 4 minutos de las Ramblas, es muy tranquila. El ascensor perfecto!
