Blanca 5 apartment is ideal for a relaxing holiday away from the noise of the city center with all the necessary amenities and easy access to public transport.

The predominant white color all over the place, small details in its decoration and modern amenities including will welcome you to an unforgettable stay. His lovely balconies will become the ideal place to spend the afternoon and relax after a day of sightseeing.

It has two bedrooms, each with double bed and large closet. The first room with balcony overlooking the street Riera Blanca. One bathroom with shower.

Large living room with double sofa bed, dining for 6 and a fully equipped open kitchen. Balcony with table and chairs and small balcony in front of the kitchen.

-Smart TV.
-High Speed WIFI Network.
-Patio with washer.

Final cleaning: 60EUR
Weekly cleaning not included. Extra cleaning services can be coordinated.

IMPORTANT ABOUT THE DAMAGE DEPOSIT
- 1 month stay: 50% of the month
- Stay 2 to 4 months: 1 month
- 5+ months of stay: 2 months

- The utilities (water, electricity, gas, Internet) ARE NOT INCLUDED in the rental price. To cover these utilities a deposit of 200eur/month is payable by the tenant. 

NOTE: There is private parking nearby, only 100 meters from the apartment.

6.5 ROBERTO - 

Excellent apartment for a family with young children staying in Barcelona. The lady who checked us in was absolutely superb and extremely efficient. Camp Nou is about a 15/20 minute walk away. The underground is only an easy 5 minute walk away. The underground takes you right in to the centre of Barcelona. The apartment is very well equipped, clean and comfortable. Would definitely recommend it.

9.5 Mairi - 

Apartment with optimal appearance and fully equipped. Localization nearby the metro station and nearby of small supermakets. Recomended for couples and families. Recomendation: the check-out should be done with a representative person of Barcelona apartments And during the check-out the integrity of the apartement should be verified to decide if the security payment will be returned.

7.7 Artur - 

Conditions

Cancellation

  • For cancellations within 30 days prior to the arrival day we charge the 40% of the total amount.
  • For cancellations within 15 days prior to the arrival day we charge the 80% of the total amount.
  • Cancellation on the arrival day or no show we will charge the 100% of the total amount.

Cancellations must be notified to us by e-mail to info@habitatapartments.com and acknowledgement of receipt must be sent by Habitat Apartments.

Payment

Advance payment:
  • A 20.00% of total price is charged on your credit card for all reservations.
  • The balance is payable to our representative at check-in on the arrival day.
Payment on arrival day : Cash and credit card
  • 500 € bills not accepted.
  • Credit card payment is subject to a 4.00% fee.
  • We do accept Visa or Mastercard.
Deposit : Cash
  • A damage deposit of 1750 € in cash will be required.
  • 500 € bills not accepted.
Final cleaning : Included in the price.

Arrival and exit day

Check-in : From 15:00 to 21:00
  • Early check-in is possible from 09:00 and there is an extra charge of 10 €.
  • For check-in from 21:00 there is an extra charge of 30 €.
  • For check-in from 23:00 there is an extra charge of 40 €.
Check-out : Before 11:00
  • In case you want to store the luggage in the apartment later than 11:00 you must call us the day before your exit day and we will let you know if it is possible.
