Wonderful and central Barcelona apartment near Arc de Triomf.

It features two double bedrooms, one of them with a double bed and large closet, and the second one, with with two single beds placed together and a wardrobe, and one single bedroom. One complete bathroom with shower.

In the common area there is a double sofa bed, dining room and fully equipped kitchen.

Cancellation

For cancellations within 4 days prior to the arrival day we charge the 100% of the total amount.
Cancellation on the arrival day or no show we will charge the 100% of the total amount.

Cancellations must be notified to us by e-mail to info@habitatapartments.com and acknowledgement of receipt must be sent by Habitat Apartments.

Payment

Advance payment:

A 20.00% of total price is charged on your credit card for all reservations.
The balance is payable to our representative at check-in on the arrival day.

Payment on arrival day : Cash and credit card

500 € bills not accepted.
Credit card payment is subject to a 4.00% fee.
We do accept Visa or Mastercard.

Deposit : Credit card

A damage deposit of 300 € will be guaranteed by your credit card.
We do accept Visa or Mastercard.

Final cleaning : Included in the price.

Arrival and exit day

Check-in : From 11:00 to 21:00

Early check-in is possible from 09:00 and there is an extra charge of 10 €.
For check-in from 21:00 there is an extra charge of 30 €.
For check-in from 23:00 there is an extra charge of 40 €.

Check-out : Before 11:00

In case you want to store the luggage in the apartment later than 11:00 you must call us the day before your exit day and we will let you know if it is possible.

Additional information

City tax : 6.0500 € per night and person will be added to the total price.

The city tax will apply to a maximum of 7 nights.
The city tax does not apply to those under 17 years.

The apartment is located in Bailén Street, a short walk distance from Passeig de Sant Joan and Arc de Triomf. One of the most interesting areas of l'Eixample, both by the characteristics of the architecture of its buildings, such as the wide range of shops, restaurants and cafes. Furthermore, the area is located just 15 minutes from Plaza Catalunya and Paseo de Gracia.

Great apartment. Modern, clean, well furnished, v comfy beds, fully fitted kitchen. Bright and airy as it appears in the photos.
