This was one of the best apartments I've stayed in. My family and I really enjoyed our time in the unit and the location was excellent and safe. Our representative/concierge, Chiheb, was amazing, attentive and a joy to work with. He accommodated our every request in a very timely and professional manner. Great location and perfect layout for 3 adults and 3 children. There is a bakery below and a ton of good restaurants within a short walking distance. The only thing I would suggest in the apartment is a more comfortable living room area. The couch was not comfortable and a little worn. We had a great stay overall. Very comfortable apartment in excellent location for shopping, food, metro to other areas. Taxi stand across the street. Kitchen was well appointed for meals to be cooked. Perfect for our group of 5. Rooms were clean, beds very comfortable. The only issues were lukewarm water for showers, unsteady bench that broke and caused my son to fall and the knives were not very sharp. The apartment is in a greate location close to mamy restaurants, shopping and many sights. It was very pracical amd had everything we needed for our stay. This apartment is fantastic! One of the best stays we have had while traveling abroad. Our family of six was completely comfortable, excellent neighborhood and great access. Alaia P3 was in a great location, spacious for 6 people and very clean! We would deffo stay again. Minor things were; no wifi for last 3 days (but were quick to send someone out and sort it) some little extra touches would be great like: tea towels/oven glove, more cutlery/glassware and perhaps some basic cleaning supplies and spices (some were provided but not enough for whole weeks stay) and a clothes drying rack so can do some washing.
