This apartment is located in the central Eixample area full of bars, restaurants, stores and architectural spots. It preserves the traditional high ceiling, big windows and pretty balconies, yet it was recently renovated.

Accommodating 5 people, the apartment has a living room with a comfy couch & armchair, a fully equipped kitchen with a dining table, two double bedrooms, one single bedroom and two fully equipped bathrooms. The apartment features typical Eixample neighborhood balconies and is decorated with interesting design features.

Great apartment in a great location. Unfortunately, the hot water heater sprung a leak one night, but the owners were very quick to call maintenance the next morning. Overall though, we had a great stay. Habitat apartments: thank you for choosing our apartment for your stay in barcelona. we regret the small water incident. Best regards

We really enjoyed staying here! The neighbourhood has everything we could possibly need, and easy access to everything. The WiFi is very fast, great for work. The support team is very quick to respond in case of any issues. The apartment felt a little bit run down though. For the price we paid (about EUR 58/night for a whole month), it was really amazing value! For the short term list price, it would feel a bit too expensive as I would expect it to be flawless.

Cancellation

  • For cancellations within 7 days prior to the arrival day we charge the 100% of the total amount.
  • Cancellation on the arrival day or no show we will charge the 100% of the total amount.

Cancellations must be notified to us by e-mail to info@habitatapartments.com and acknowledgement of receipt must be sent by Habitat Apartments.

Payment

Advance payment:
  • A 20.00% of total price is charged on your credit card for all reservations.
  • The balance is payable to our representative at check-in on the arrival day.
Payment on arrival day : Cash and credit card
  • 500 € bills not accepted.
  • Credit card payment is subject to a 4.00% fee.
  • We do accept Visa or Mastercard.
Deposit : Credit card
  • A damage deposit of 300 € will be guaranteed by your credit card.
  • We do accept Visa or Mastercard.
Final cleaning : Included in the price.

Arrival and exit day

Check-in : From 15:00 to 21:00
  • Early check-in is possible from 09:00 and there is an extra charge of 10 €.
  • For check-in from 21:00 there is an extra charge of 30 €.
  • For check-in from 23:00 there is an extra charge of 40 €.
Check-out : Before 11:00
  • In case you want to store the luggage in the apartment later than 11:00 you must call us the day before your exit day and we will let you know if it is possible.

Additional information

City tax : 6.0500 € per night and person will be added to the total price.
  • The city tax will apply to a maximum of 7 nights.
  • The city tax does not apply to those under 17 years.
