Overall a good stay- GREAT location and the patio.. WOW!!! I wouldn't consider this a "luxury" apartment, but it definitely has charm & character being 2 blocks away from Passeig de Gracia.. It would be nice to have a full size ironing board and an iron that gets hotter, but those are minor inconveniences. It was challenging finding the exterior building number and the 24 hour call line isnt exactly 24-hours (they defer you until office staff arrives during normal working hours). Overall very happy indeed. CS at every stage was great and check in with David went very smoothly despite my initial concerns about the timings. The apt itself maybe a bit tired in places, with a wobbly table and uncomfortable couch, but the positives far outweigh the negatives. A superb terrace from which you can actually see La Sagrada Familia, a comfy couch and everything you could need and more for a few days in BCN. Plus the location was perfect. Really smart apartment in great location and added bonus of roof top terrace which we used every afternoon to relax with a drink and take in the sun. Plenty of bars and restaraunts on the doorstep and Metro access at the front door. We walked to Sagrada Famillia in under 30 minutes and Plaza De Catalun in 15 minutes so perfect location away from main tourist area but still close enough. - Habitat Apartments reply: Dear Neil and Denise, Thank you so much for taking the time to leave us this amazing review.
