Apartment clean and in a good location. As we are in the first floor it's noisy (subway, housecleaner in the morning), it's dark. As we stay for a short time it would be good to have the minimum to wash the dishes like a sponge and dish saop. - Habitat Apartments reply: Hello Beauvillier, thank you for taking the time to share your review with us. For cancellations within 7 days prior to the arrival day we charge the 100% of the total amount.
Cancellation on the arrival day or no show we will charge the 100% of the total amount.

Advance payment:

A 20.00% of total price is charged on your credit card for all reservations.
The balance is payable to our representative at check-in on the arrival day.

500 € bills not accepted.
Credit card payment is subject to a 4.00% fee.

Deposit : Credit card

A damage deposit of 300 € will be guaranteed by your credit card.

Arrival and exit day

Check-in : From 15:00 to 21:00

Early check-in is possible from 09:00 and there is an extra charge of 10 €.
For check-in from 21:00 there is an extra charge of 20 €.

Check-out : Before 11:00

In case you want to store the luggage in the apartment later than 11:00 you must call us the day before your exit day and we will let you know if it is possible.

Additional information

Location of this apartment in Barcelona

Located in Creu Coberta Street in Sants neighborhood, ADN apartments are in a traditional and very interesting area of Barcelona. Next to the apartment is Plaça España, one of the most important place of Barcelona at the foot of Montjuic hill, and Barcelona Fira.

On Montjuic you will find the majestic Palau Nacional, home of the National Art Museum of Catalonia where you can admire Catalan visual arts, and the Foundation Joan Miró for the modern art lovers.

Just below the Palau is Barcelona's magic fountain, designed by Carles Buigas, where you can watch a splendid musical light and water show at night.

You can also visit Barcelona Olympic Stadium, the Poble Espanyol, an open-air museum where the architecture of each part of the city is represented and the Montjuic Castle from which you will have a stunning view of Barcelona.

Es la primera vez que reservamos un Apartamento y la verdad es que quedamos sorprendidos , no dieron todos los amenities como en un hotel dos juegos de llaves la chica que nos recibio una crack ! En fin no dudariamos en recomendarlo . Estuvimos 3 noches en el ADN GROUND con 2 chavales que podian disfrutar de la terraza y en la zona hay de todo , la cocina y todas cosas nuevas (que no usamos porque haciamos todo fuera) en fin lo pasamos genial sin ninguna queja.

Service was good. They checked us in on time However , there was no blanket at all. Just bed sheet. One of the pot light kept flashing And the toilet seat was half broken. Modern, mooi appartement met genoeg ruimte. Vlakbij supermarkt, bakker etc. Ook zeer dichtbij de metro. De auto geparkeerd in een parkeergarage dichtbij. Deze met flinke korting gezoch via internet..

Appartement d'un bon rapport qualité prix Bien situé et spacieux Néanmoins lavabo salle de bain bouché et appareil jus d'orange inutilisable. Hôte efficace, aimable et à l'heure. Appartement assez propre bien pour dormir mais pas pour séjourner car très très sombre (lumière artificielle seulement) Satisfaite des services je reviendrai mais en étage élevé

Хорошие апартаменты в хорошем районе. В апартаментах на первом этаже слышно метро. Нет больших окон и балкона. Если вы планируете остановиться более чем на 1 ночь, выбирайте что-то повыше(собственно я изначально так и бронировала, но администрация попросила поменяться, а т.к. я останавливалась только на 1 ночь, то не было смысла им отказывать). В остальном очень хорошо оснащенные и комфортные апартаменты.

Todo estaba bien cuidado y limpio.Muy céntrico y bien situado con respecto a la estación de Sants.Por un imprevisto, nos dieron el piso de entresuelo en vez de tercera planta. No teníamos vista y una habitación tenía un poco olor a tubería.Nos han regalado una caja de bombones por el imprevisto.Nos avisaron con anterioridad y esto se agradece. El piso estaba perfectamente equipado y es muy cómodo. Viajamos con niños y todo estaba adaptado a ellos también.La persona de contacto,puntual y amable Habitat comments: Estimada Lourdes, estamos satisfechos de leer que disfrute de su estancia en este apartamento. Lo sentimos por el cambio de apartamento sin vista y con un poco de mal olor, hemos arreglado el problema, muchas gracias por su comentario.

Oyr stay in Habitat apartments was good. The spaces are nicely fornitured, clean and well kept. The equipment is fine (tv and cooking things) and the wi-fi is good. The only negative (of the groud floor) is the sound and vibrations of the tube and of the neighbours... One suggestion: Put a complimentary bottle of water in the fridge. Thanks, ciao, Ale. Positif: EMPLACEMENT : - proche de la gare Sants (10-15 min à pied), du métro et du marché Hostafrancs (3 min à pied), de las Arenas ... - Pas mal de petits commerces, patisseries, restaurants à proximité APPARTEMENT: - Spacieux, fonctionnel, bien chauffé en hiver - Propre - Wifi gratuit - Sécurisé - Prix intéressant ! Négatif: - le métro passe en dessous de l'appartement, du coup on sent les vibrations - pas très bien insonorisé (on entend les personnes parler dans le couloirs)

ADN Ground is an amazing, modern apartment very close to Plaza Espana ( metro, shops, market, supermarket) with everything we needed during our stay. We really enjoyed our stay there! Everything was perfect and we will come back soon! :)
