Key Information for Your Stay
Check-in: From 3:00 PM onwards.
During reception hours (Monday–Saturday, 10:00 AM–5:00 PM): Check in at reception, leave luggage, and collect your keys if arriving before 3:00 PM.
Outside reception hours: Self-check-in is available. You’ll receive secure online links to complete mandatory guest registration and pay the Barcelona tourist tax before arrival. Once complete, you’ll receive codes and instructions for the key locker and building entrance. Keys are collected at the Cool Jazz building next to Hot Jazz.
Check-out: By 11:00 AM. Please remove trash, leave keys inside the apartment, and close the door behind you.

Cancellation
- For cancellations within 7 days prior to the arrival day we charge the 100% of the total amount.
- For cancellations within 1 days prior to the arrival day we charge the 100% of the total amount.
