Beautify apartment, so glad we chose this apartment so we live like a local in Barcelona. The empanada in the Cafe downstair is so good that we ate almost daily, and freshly squeeze orange juice is live saver for travelers. Just that a bit hard on communication - u can only email the hotel apartment stuff via email. Due to timezone difference that would mean one day behind. I was not able to obtain their contact phone until one day before checkin. After that no issue on communication on phone.

Cancellation
- For cancellations within 15 days prior to the arrival day we charge the 100% of the total amount.
- Cancellation on the arrival day or no show we will charge the 100% of the total amount.
- Cancellations must be notified to us by e-mail to info@habitatapartments.com and acknowledgement of receipt must be sent by Habitat Apartments.

- A 20.00% of total price is charged on your credit card for all reservations.
- The balance is payable to our representative at check-in on the arrival day.

- For check-in from 23:00 there is an extra charge of 40 €.
Check-out
- Before 11:00
- In case you want to store the luggage in the apartment later than 11:00 you must call us the day before your exit day and we will let you know if it is possible.
Additional information
City tax
- 6.8800 € per night and person will be added to the total price.
- The tourist tax will apply to a maximum of 7 nights.
- The tourist tax does not apply to those under 17 years.
