El colchón de la cama principal estaba un poco hundido y la ducha del segundo piso no tenia puerta lo que hacia la bañada muy complicada.

Amazing stay in Barcelona. Apartment is very roomy. Bedrooms were nice and comfy with amazing views from each room. Kitchen had everything you would need, but who wants to cook when you're in Barcelona! The balcony and the view were simply amazing. I made a point to use it several times a day. The apartment was spacious maybe not in perfect condition with the brochure. The level of equipment was good. The only problem was getting warm water. We arrived on saturday and only after 2-3 messages we got warm water on mondey evening. The location was good and our five-person team enjoyed it well. We stayed 4 days in: great position and very nice apartment. I asked for some more towels (1 each person for 4 days is not to much..) but nothing happened: it could be better. Asked also to change one light up the stairs but had the same reaction (nothing). I suggest a painting of the walls, not too clean.

Very good experience with the Tessa apartment. It is just as described and showed on the pictures. Plenty of place for our 5 persons group, a wonderful view on the Sagrada Famila, Agbar Tower and on the rooftops of Barcelona. There is everything needed in the flat and it is 2 mn from metro "Tetuan" and from several bus stops. Very well located, restaurants and bakers around, and very very calm, with absolutely no noises.

Our stay for 8 days for Tessa apartment was satisfactory. The apartment is well located and within walking distance of all important landmarks. Metro is at the doorstep. There are many convenience stores and cafe's in immediate vicinity. The apartment is as per the photographs and can comfortable sleep 6 pax. The furnishings and fittings are of good quality. We had some minor issues with AC, TV and plumbing but these were attended to in 24 hours. Would recommend the same.

As a group of three couples we were all very pleased with the apartment. It was exactly as per the photographs and description. The apartment was very well located, lots of cafe's, restaurants and supermarkets right on the doorstep. Convenient for all the local attractions and sights and for those who don't like walking a metro is located across the road. We would have no hesitation in booking this apartment again.

Great location and very nice apartment, it looks like exactly as on the photos. It is very well equipped with very efficient aircon. Despite being in center, the apartment was very quiet as located on the 9th floor. The view is stunning. We would stay there again and would not hesitate to recommend to friends.

As a family of five incl. two teenagers, the space and number of rooms were perfect. Comparing the rate with the rate of two hotel rooms (if you could get one with an extra bed) was competitive or even cheaper if you compare with the rates in the center. A funny observation: The appartment is for six persons, but there is only chairs for five, tools for five and glasses for five. But we were very pleased with the appartment.

We are two couples who recently stayed at the Tessa apartment for 3 nights. We had a very pleasant stay and the apartment was clean, with comfortable beds in a great location. We had arranged for a late check-in, and had to wait for a bit for our the agent to arrive. The contact person on the phone was hard to understand, and not very helpful, but once Natalia arrived she was so charming, informed, and helpful that all was forgiven! Beautiful view, great balcony, and location was excellent!

It was our first visit to Barcelona and the Tessa Apartment was perfect for our needs. It's exactly as pictured...very luxurious and spacious with comfortable beds and small but lovely deck with view of the Sagrada. The kitchen was well stocked with just enough supplies for four days. The apartment is a short walk from the Arc de Triomf, Parc de la Ciutadella which is a beautiful place to start your day, and Ramblas or the beach. Four days wasn't long enough!

Tressa apartment is situated in a very convenient location, close enough to everything but without the tourist chaos. Our family of 5 fit very well and did not feel crowded. The apartment has a nice view of the city and of La Sagrada Familia. Everything was clean and in order with all the basic features you would expect. Our family had some last minute changes to our travel plans and the people at Habitat was very kind and accommodating in helping us extend our visit.

We had a one-week stay at the Tessa apartment, and it was fabulous! The apartment itself is well-furnished, beautifully decorated, and a very comfortable and spacious place to stay. The views off the balcony were wonderful--could see Sagrada Familia as well as gorgeous sunrises. The wifi worked beautifully, much to our delight (as well as our teenagers'). The location was ideal--quiet yet close enough to major sites and convenient to the subway. Highly recommend this apartment!

Alles war optimal, sehr sauber und komfortabel. Am besten war die Aussicht, die war einfach super! Durch den Lichtschacht war es nicht ganz ruhig, das hängt aber auch von den Nachbarn und dem Zeitpunkt ab. Restaurants, Bäckereien und Supermärkte sind fußläufig zu erreichen. Fernsehprogramme sind englisch und spanisch. Gern wieder, danke!

This is a very pleasant well equipped apartment, it had everything we needed for a long weekend with friends in Barcelona. It is well situated to get to the sights, Sagrada Familia and the old town are both walkable, but it's far enough out to be peaceful. There are some very good bars and restaurants in the local area.

We did quite some research before we booked this wonderful apartment. It is located in the centre of the city and the metro station is hardly 10 meters. The kids loved the place and the apartment had everything that one would expect at home. It was more of a home away from home for us. Very clean and very comfortable apartment. I think that the only downside that I noticed was the satellite television. It had just the basic news pack and the kids expected cartoons and movies.

Excellent apartment in a good location, approx 10 minute stroll to Placa Catalunya. Everything you needed was supplied in a well equiped high standard apartment. Unfortunately we had to ring Habitat office as representative did not turn up to meet us, this was quickly addressed and a few minutes later Alfonso turned up to go through the check in procedure and show us around the workings of the apartment.

The apartment was as advertised but the greeting delayed for reasons explained. I suggest you be explicit about how the check-in is to take place. The apartment is but one in a complex, not identified as Habitat or Tessa and as the representative was delayed we were left outside wondering what to do before phoning. Would appreciate enough dishwasher tablets for a few days and although I didn’t ask about the TV I only got it to work in limited fashion so would have appreciated guidance. We send all of the necessary information in the confirmation concerning the check-in and we are staying at our client´s disposal if they have any doubts or questions.

The apartment was excellent and great location. The only negative was that we couldn't use the upstairs shower as the pressure was to low.

One of the best choices we have made! wonderful appartment, great location. We are 6 people and the kids (12,11,8,6) were so happy when we came "home"...! I do not find even one single point to "complain" excpet maybe some extra toilet paper (which we bought...). I wish we could stay more! the best value for your money!

We really enjoyed our stay at the apartment. However, there are a few things worth mentioning: The "meet and greet" service should include information on how to operate the safe, heating, water heating etc. We assumed there would be a book in the apartment containing such information but in the absence of that a more comprehensive "meet and greet" service needs to be provided. Information on local bus services/train services together with information on local supermarkets would also be helpful. Habitat comments: Thank you for your feedback. Very spacious clean apartment - felt very secure. On 9th floor (two lifts) so we had some wonderful views and a lovely balcony where you could sit. Metro just across the road meant it was easy to get around.

Really nice spacious apartment, well situated with a lovely terrace. Well equipped kitchen.The general cleanliness was very good but floors could have done with a wash and polish. Main problem was the upstairs shower that desperately needs re-grouting/caulking at the bottom of the shower doors. The towels were quite worn and not adequate but clean. Raymon was very informative but so rushed the info was not clear, but the office quickly solved the problems. Highly recommended. / Habitat comments: Thank you for your comments. Tessa was a great apartment for our family's stay in Barcelona. Apartment was large and well furnished. Balcony is beautiful! What a view of La Segrada Familia!! I felt like we lived like locals for our stay. Walls are a little thin, but not too bad. Very close to Tetuan Metro which we used extensively. One snag was after our trip a set if keys couldn't be located (which we returned) and habitat was adamant that we did not return key. They apologized after key was found.

The apartment was clean comfortable and had everything anyone would need for whatever stay is taken. We were in the apartment for nearly 3 weeks and arranged cleaning etc. which was done efficiently. Our stay was so good we are to book again.

The Habitat offices assisted promptly with a couple of queries that we had and we could not fault the service. This was our first visit to Barcelona and we decided to book an apartment as we were 4 adults and all wanted some space to relax. We chose Tessa as it looked light and modern and we liked the idea of having some outside space to sit and relax. The apartment met all our expectations. It was modern and stylish and clean. It was well equipped although for 4 people the kettle and coffee maker could have been bigger!We appreciated that basics were supplied like dishwasher tablets and cleaning products as it's always irritating if you have to buy small quantities of those things on holiday.We loved sitting on the terrace and enjoying the view especially at night when it was cooler. The location is perfect with lots of bakers and food shops close by, the metro opposite and easy walking distance to the centre of Barcelona.The apartment was quiet and felt very private.

We were very please with this apartment and the wonderful service we received from Habitat. We had a medical emergency that delayed our arrival and Habitat made everything seamless for us.

Excellent apartment and service from Habitat. Only three of us, but there was plenty of glasses, crockery and cutlery. The oven worked a treat - we cooked a whole chicken from the market off the Ramblas! 20 minutes walk into the centre. Recommend the local supermarket - under 10 minutes walk from the apartment on Napols street, which had fresh fish and meat, as well as everything else you needed - the wine was exceptionally good value, if you like Rioja and Cava.

We stayed in the Tessa apartment for the Barcelona marathon. It was exactly like the photos, location was great and value was super.

Our stay in the Tessa Apartment was great! The view was wonderful and it is in a perfect location...right across from the metro and walking distance from many good restaurants and shops. I would suggest that the kitchen have a few more cooking utensils, wine glasses and instructions on using the appliances (in English). We did finally figure them out. The concierge is very friendly and helpful! He retrieved some laundry that we accidentally dropped from the clothesline. Thanks!!!

A beautiful apartment in an excellent location. Beds very comfortable. Great neighbourhood stores. Apartment right across street from metro entrance. A bit short on cutlery and wine glasses - would use dishwasher less if there more of these. Very cold winter in Barcelona, but the heat worked well in the apartment. And a phenomenal view from the apartment.

Overall, a very nice apartment in a very handy area; not touristic but close to center. We had a couple of problems. We asked for a high chair to be available but it never materialised. There were items in the kitchen not suitable for induction hob (frying pans ?!). The knob at the entrance door was so loose it ended up falling to the ground on our last day! Saying that, we enjoyed our stay and would recommend with no hesitation.

Tessa is a great apartment. There were 4 adults staying in the apartment and it was comfortable for all 4 of us. The apartment was in a great location, safe area, great access to metro, banks, restaurants, taxis. The apartment was clean. Our contact person, Esperansa was very nice, efficient and informative. It was a very quiet apartment as far as traffic noise and neighbors. The beds were comfortable. The apartment just lacked a couple of things. It could have used a few more glasses for example and the towels could have been a better quality but these are small issues. We would definitely stay there again and the price was right.

The Tessa Apartment is ideally located for both the city and beach attractions with the underground being less than 5 minutes away and the bus stop just outside the apartment. The apartment itself was very clean, modern and well maintained, both the air conditioning and showers were in excellent working order and greatly appreciated in temperatures hitting around 30 degrees! Overall it met our needs for a family of 5 adults, however if there had been 6 adults there would not have been sufficient comfortable seating. The photographs on the website are accurate although the bathroom and balcony pictures appear slightly larger than they actually are but having said this it is a quality apartment in an excellent location. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and even if we considered it a little expensive for self catering we would not hesitate to stay here again.

I loved the place. It was perfect for our family of five. I would have given a 10 for state of repair but the television did not work, they said they would replace but they did not. Thank you for our lovely stay in Barcelona. We thought the apartment was ideally located near the Eixample and the Old City - central, yet in a quiet and residential neighborhood. We used the metro just across the street to get to many attractions, but also walked to Passeig de Gracia and the Sagrada Familia. The apartment was clean and comfortable and the view from the balcony of the Sagrada Familia and the city really is outstanding. I spent every evening on that balcony! The apartment was also very quiet and the air conditioning works wonderfully. You staff was very responsive and kindly supplied beach towels for us upon our request, which we much appreciated. The balcony was great with a fantastic view of the Sagrada Familia etc. and the apartment itself was well decorated and presented. The beds were extremely comfortable. We had great communication from Habitat before the holiday and from our Habitat representative on arrival and departure. Tessa apartment was PERFECT, everything that we expected and MORE!. the location couldn’t have been more convenient, the view from the terrace was breathtaking, and the spaciousness of the apartment was luxurious. I hope we left everything is an acceptable state. we tried to straighten us as much as possible, but later I remembered that we did not reposition the beds as found on arrival.
