The location of this apt is ideal. It is within walking distance to so much. Plenty of dining options around. A delicious bakery downstairs and a convenient market half a block away. The apt is comfortable. I wish they would Keep up with the number of utensils as there are only two teaspoons. I think they should Keep this up to date. Showers are delicious. Appartement très bien placé, au croisement de diagonal et les ramblas de Catalunia. Belles prestations et le kit d'arrivée est super bien fourni. Machine à laver sechante au top. Au 2éme avec ascenseur. Par contre besoin d'un petit coup de rafraîchissement, murs sales, sol en parquet défraichit, dommage car il est très sympa mais laissé à l’Abandon. On ne peut pas dormir les fenêtres ouvertes trop de bruit sur la place mais il y a la clim. Habitat Apartments: Merci beaucoup pour votre séjour et vos commentaires. Excelente estadia en Barcelona, el apartamento esta ubicado en una zona muy bien ubicada, cerca de todo. Muy comodo , respecto al equipamiento, el de los dormitorios y sala de estar es muy completo, pero respecto a los utencillos de cocina, era muy poco la parte de cubiertos y asaderas, eso deberia mejorar, no es muy importante, ya que habia de todo, pero por ejemplo habia 3 cuchillos y eramos 4. Super recomiendo alojarse ahi, la zona y la gente que lo administra , siempre muy atenta y bien.

Easy to get to from the airport, just around the corner from Casa Batlo and so central to all the bars and restaurants without being noisy. The Apartment was very well located for all the attractions of Barcelona. It is very clean and tidy and has plenty of room for a group of 4 adults. The facilities inside the apartment are great and allow you to relax and enjoy your stay. If there was one down side, it would be the noise from the traffic. Great location and friendly staff. However experienced bad luck with the apartment newly painted and the strong smell the first 2 days of our stay. Cleaning before check-in took longer than expected due to the work and painting the day before. We were really setup and checked-in at 16:30 only. They offered to change to another flat for the first 2 nights and then come back as well as a full refund in case we want to cancel. Nice apartment in the middle of Barcelona. Metro and train station is very close. Only critic is the noise of the street as the windows are old and not modern standard. Kitchen is ok, the fan over the oven is not really working, so everything is getting wet if you are cooking. Dishwasher is also not working well - the dishes comes out wet. Apartment is lovely, lots of space and really comfortable with plenty of character. This is our 2nd time staying in Habitat and we loved it. Beds were really comfortable and showers powerful and hot. The location is perfect - really nice area of Barcelona, close to shopping and sights and plenty of really nice restaurants around. Nice appartment, just like the pictures! Just note that the appartment is situated at the busy Rambla de Catalunya and you will hear street noise! For us it was ennoying at night (even with earplugs), but the location at day was perfect! Near Placa Catalunya, Passeig the Cracia, near a lot of shops and restaurants: very Central.

Rambla Deluxe B Apartment was perfect for us. We were 4 adults and it was great to have our own bathroom. Upon arrival, we were greated by a young lady who explained everthing. She was on time. The apartment is perfectly situated. Street right next to Passeig de Gracia. At 2 street corner from Plaça de Catalunya. Did a lot on foot. Very central but Noisy but it goes with the fact of being central.

Perfect location! Just a couple of hiccups we were checked in an hour later than booked, the iron and toaster did not work, there is a lack of full length mirrors in the apartment and as we were leaving the apartment the next booking were checking in before it had even been cleaned (not that this affected us at all but I'm not sure I would have been happy about this)! These were only minor issues though and the apartment was brilliant for our stay and I would recommend this apartment to others! Habitat comment: Thank you for your review. Beautiful, modern apartment right in the heart of the city. Location wise this was spot on, near all local restaurants and shops, it couldn't have been a better location and walking distance to all of Barcelonas famous buildings and sights. Apartment was clean, spacious, modern, comfy beds, amazing showers to both bathrooms. We would definitely stay here again. Only one thing that it could do with is some art work on the walls.

The apt was clean, bright and well kept. The location of the apt could hardly be better! It was a bit noisy as the apt is not sound proof, but nothing major to spoil our stay. The neighborhood was great with everything within reach. A double bed in the master bedroom would make the apt even better.

Best location in Barça! Close to Plaza Catalunya, 4 blocks from Las Ramblas, restaurants & cafes surround this neighborhood. Awesome street views!! Local attractions, shops and upscale stores all within easy walking distance. Simple modern apartment with good beds and modern appliances plus an elevator. One door down is a café/bakery/sandwich shop and two doors up in the other direction is a fun sit down restaurant/bar and all have outdoor seating in the Rambla de Catalunya.

Great location for all the sites we wanted to visit. Easy walk, metro or taxi as access to everything is right out the door. Coffee and a sweetie is just 10 steps from your street door in the morning. Because there are so many restaurants near by there can be some extra noise late at night if you are a light sleeper. Our only problem was there was no tp or any paper products when we arrived. The local supermercat is blocks away and most people don't know about it because it is so small.

EXCELLENT location. Photos are true representation of the apartment. Beds are firm/comfortable. AC works very well. Outside noise at night because it is a lively intersection with several restaurants. Habitat representative met us on time for check-in. Drive service from airport to apartment was recommended by Habitat - on time, spoke English, and very professional.

We have stayed in this apartment before and it has suited our needs ideally. The apartment porter -- Ramon -- is a gem, and the people at Habitat Apartments are always available to help whenever needed. Our only suggestion would be to have a few more supplies available -- soap packets for the dishwasher and clothes washer.

A beautiful apartment in a great part of town, within walking distance of all major sites including getting to the beach and Sagrada Familia. Bright apartment with a nice layout with two bedrooms in a separate area from the dining/living room and kitchen. Nicely updated and tastefully decorated. In a safe area just off the Ramblas and even has a concierge at the front door.

We had a great stay in Rambla Deluxe B apartment. Location of the apartment is is unbeatable. The staff we dealt with while getting possession was very professional and their management is responsive. Everything in the apartment was functional and turned out as advertized.

It was one of the most perfect stays we had. We have arrived to barcelona for a family vacation with recomendations on Habitat apartenent at Rambla de Catalunia- Delux Apartment B. Begining with a warm welcome, a wonderfull location and all you can think of Kitchen we started to feel like home. With the smooth Wood deck floor, the great AirCondition system and even washing/drying/ironing equipment we wanted to stay more and live here. Our recommendation for a family with children- PERFECT !

The apartment is in a fabulous, central location and is exactly as it appears in the photos. It is bright, clean and in excellent condition. The reservation and check-in process was easy and efficient. Honestly, we couldn't have been happier with our experience.

Nice modern apt in secure older building with all the conveniences of home and close to everything. My only issue is that I didn't realise that bath soap wasn't provided but I thoroughly enjoyed my stay and would book again.
