Completely renovated apartment located a short distance from the great castle and the magic fountain of Montjuic. Also nearby is the famous Arenas shopping centre, which used to be a bullfight stadium in the past, where you can enjoy beautiful views in the upper part of the building, as well as try the characteristic gastronomy of our city in one of the restaurants here. The Plaza España area is incredibly developed and offers numerous entertainment facilities such as restaurants, bars, nightclubs, and excellent transport connections.

The apartment is located in a quiet building, with a large adequate hall with a small ramp. Plaza España Urban offers a cozy kitchen, fully equipped with the appliances and utensils necessary for your stay, a bright living room which connects to a small terrace with exterior views & strategically furnished with a table and two chairs to enjoy sunny days. Both the main bedroom and the two single bedrooms are fresh and simple in style, each suitable with wardrobes. Finally, it has a full bathroom, recently renovated in a modern style and with the necessary amenities to welcome you.

We enjoyed our stay in this apartment. It was quiet, very well located. Some little things could improve a lot the expérience as some dark curtains on the windows, some ´torchons ´ in the kitchen… I think it is important to inform people that they need to install an app on mobile phone to be able to open the door … Nevertheless, I recommand this flat ! HA: thank you for choosing our apartment for your stay in Barcelona, we are glad to know that you enjoyed it. We always inform about the check in before the guest arrival. We hope to see you again.

  • For cancellations within 15 days prior to the arrival day we charge the 100% of the total amount.
  • Cancellation on the arrival day or no show we will charge the 100% of the total amount.

Cancellations must be notified to us by e-mail to info@habitatapartments.com and acknowledgement of receipt must be sent by Habitat Apartments.

Payment

Advance payment:
  • A 20.00% of total price is charged on your credit card for all reservations.
  • The balance is payable to our representative at check-in on the arrival day.
Payment on arrival day : Cash and credit card
  • 500 € bills not accepted.
  • Credit card payment is subject to a 4.00% fee.
  • We do accept Visa or Mastercard.
Deposit : Cash and credit card
  • A damage deposit of 300 € will be guaranteed by your credit card or paid in cash.
  • 500 € bills not accepted.

Final cleaning : Included in the price.

Arrival and exit day

Check-in : From 15:00 to 21:00
  • Early check-in is possible from 09:00 and there is an extra charge of 10 €.
  • For check-in from 21:00 there is an extra charge of 30 €.
  • For check-in from 23:00 there is an extra charge of 40 €.
Check-out : Before 11:00
  • In case you want to store the luggage in the apartment later than 11:00 you must call us the day before your exit day and we will let you know if it is possible.

Additional information

City tax : 6.0500 € per night and person will be added to the total price.
  • The city tax will apply to a maximum of 7 nights.
  • The city tax does not apply to those under 17 years.
