The kitchen is fully equipped with all the appliances and the kitchenware, in addition to a mini bar to enjoy a drink with your relatives, as for the living room it has a comfortable sofa and a small balcony.

- Final cleaning: 145 euros.
- Weekly cleaning not included. Extra cleaning services can be coordinated.

IMPORTANT ABOUT THE DAMAGE DEPOSIT
- 1-month stay: 50% of the month
- Stay 2 to 4 months: 1 month
- 5+ months of stay: 2 months

The utilities (water, electricity, gas, Internet) ARE NOT INCLUDED in the rental price. To cover these utilities a deposit of 200eur/month is payable by the tenant.

Cancellation

  • For cancellations within 30 days prior to the arrival day we charge the 40% of the total amount.
  • For cancellations within 15 days prior to the arrival day we charge the 80% of the total amount.
  • Cancellation on the arrival day or no show we will charge the 100% of the total amount.

Cancellations must be notified to us by e-mail to info@habitatapartments.com and acknowledgement of receipt must be sent by Habitat Apartments.

Payment

Advance payment:
  • A 20.00% of total price is charged on your credit card for all reservations.
  • The balance is payable to our representative at check-in on the arrival day.
Payment on arrival day : Cash and credit card
  • 500 € bills not accepted.
  • Credit card payment is subject to a 4.00% fee.
  • We do accept Visa or Mastercard.
Deposit : Cash and credit card
  • A damage deposit of 4500 € will be guaranteed by your credit card or paid in cash.

Final cleaning : Included in the price.

Arrival and exit day

Check-in : From 15:00 to 21:00
  • Early check-in is possible from 09:00 and there is an extra charge of 10 €.
  • For check-in from 21:00 there is an extra charge of 30 €.
  • For check-in from 23:00 there is an extra charge of 40 €.
Check-out : Before 11:00
  • In case you want to store the luggage in the apartment later than 11:00 you must call us the day before your exit day and we will let you know if it is possible.
