Its location is very comfortable as it is located on a quiet pedestrian street, with excellent transport connections, near the typical Sant Antoni Market, with shops and restaurants around it.

Market 61 apartment is situated on the 6th floor of the building, with a phenomenal terrace, and a fully equipped kitchen with all the amenities, utensils, and appliances you'll need to prepare all your meals at home during your stay with us. In addition to a living room with a comfortable sofa and TV. As well as a comfortable double bed, and a complete bathroom where you'll find both an Italian shower and a bathtub.

Final cleaning fee: 100EUR.
Weekly cleaning included and should be arranged in advance.
Daily cleaning can be arranged at an extra price.

IMPORTANT ABOUT THE DAMAGE DEPOSIT
- 1 month of stay: 50% of the month
- Stay from 2 to 3 months: 1 month
- 3+ months of stay: 2 months

The charges (water, electricity, internet...) are included in the rental price up to 200€ per month. Excess consumption must be covered by the tenant.

  3. The necessary information to our clients about the competent regulations to fulfill.

Conditions

Cancellation

  • For cancellations within 30 days prior to the arrival day we charge the 40% of the total amount.
  • For cancellations within 15 days prior to the arrival day we charge the 80% of the total amount.
  • Cancellation on the arrival day or no show we will charge the 100% of the total amount.

Cancellations must be notified to us by e-mail to info@habitatapartments.com and acknowledgement of receipt must be sent by Habitat Apartments.

Payment

Advance payment:
  • A 20.00% of total price is charged on your credit card for all reservations.
  • The balance is payable to our representative at check-in on the arrival day.
Payment on arrival day : Cash and credit card
  • 500 € bills not accepted.
  • Credit card payment is subject to a 4.00% fee.
  • We do accept Visa or Mastercard.
Deposit : Cash
  • A damage deposit of 4700 € in cash will be required.
  • 500 € bills not accepted.
Final cleaning : Included in the price.

Arrival and exit day

Check-in : From 15:00 to 21:00
  • Early check-in is possible from 11:00 and there is an extra charge of 10 €.
  • For check-in from 21:00 there is an extra charge of 30 €.
  • For check-in from 23:00 there is an extra charge of 40 €.
Check-out : Before 11:00
  • In case you want to store the luggage in the apartment later than 11:00 you must call us the day before your exit day and we will let you know if it is possible.
