The Grey building is made up of 7 apartments, all recently remodeled and decorated in a fresh and elegant style.

Grey P2 is characterized by being a duplex that can accommodate up to a maximum of 5 people. The upper floor consists of a large double room, two single rooms, one of them with a desk perfect for working from home, a full bathroom to share and a sofa bed. On the other hand, we have the main floor, made up of a large living room that connects with the dining room designed for 4 people, a toilet, a fully equipped kitchen with access to a beautiful and bright patio, strategically furnished with a table for 4, ideal to enjoy the sunny days of our city.

Note: This apartment is for monthly stays of more than 31 nights.

IMPORTANT ABOUT THE DEPOSIT IN CASE OF DAMAGE
- 1 month of stay: 50% of the month
- Stay from 2 to 4 months: 1 month
- 5+ months of stay: 2 months

-The consumptions ARE NOT INCLUDED in the rent of the apartment.
The approximate cost of consumption is 250 euros/month.

Cancellation

  • For cancellations within 30 days prior to the arrival day we charge the 40% of the total amount.
  • For cancellations within 15 days prior to the arrival day we charge the 80% of the total amount.
  • Cancellation on the arrival day or no show we will charge the 100% of the total amount.

Cancellations must be notified to us by e-mail to info@habitatapartments.com and acknowledgement of receipt must be sent by Habitat Apartments.

Payment

Advance payment:
  • A 20.00% of total price is charged on your credit card for all reservations.
  • The balance is payable to our representative at check-in on the arrival day.
Payment on arrival day : Cash and credit card
  • 500 € bills not accepted.
  • Credit card payment is subject to a 4.00% fee.
  • We do accept Visa or Mastercard.
Deposit : Cash and credit card
  • A damage deposit of 1850 € will be guaranteed by your credit card or paid in cash.

Final cleaning : Included in the price.

Arrival and exit day

Check-in : From 15:00 to 21:00
  • Early check-in is possible from 09:00 and there is an extra charge of 10 €.
  • For check-in from 21:00 there is an extra charge of 30 €.
  • For check-in from 23:00 there is an extra charge of 40 €.
Check-out : Before 11:00
  • In case you want to store the luggage in the apartment later than 11:00 you must call us the day before your exit day and we will let you know if it is possible.
