Gala apartment consistes of 3 single bedrooms and 1 double bedroom with a maximum capacity of 5 guests. It has two fully equipped bathrooms, one with a bathtub and the other with a shower. Spacious and bright living room that communicates with the dining area and the open American-style kitchen, and a dining table.

Gala is ideal for families and groups of friends who want to be in a quiet area close to the city center.

Good location, 4 rooms, 2 baths, nice kitchen and coffee machine. Downside, broken curtains, no clothes dryer, small TV, no kitchen gloves for oven. Thank you very much for your comments. Cancellation

  • For cancellations within 30 days prior to the arrival day we charge the 40% of the total amount.
  • For cancellations within 15 days prior to the arrival day we charge the 80% of the total amount.
  • Cancellation on the arrival day or no show we will charge the 100% of the total amount.

Cancellations must be notified to us by e-mail to info@habitatapartments.com and acknowledgement of receipt must be sent by Habitat Apartments.

Payment

Advance payment:
  • A 20.00% of total price is charged on your credit card for all reservations.
  • The balance is payable to our representative at check-in on the arrival day.
Payment on arrival day : Cash and credit card
  • 500 € bills not accepted.
  • Credit card payment is subject to a 4.00% fee.
  • We do accept Visa or Mastercard.
Deposit : Cash and credit card
  • A damage deposit of 300 € will be guaranteed by your credit card or paid in cash.
  • 500 € bills not accepted.
  • We do accept Visa or Mastercard.
Final cleaning : Included in the price.

Arrival and exit day

Check-in : From 15:00 to 21:00
  • For check-in from 21:00 there is an extra charge of 30 €.
  • For check-in from 23:00 there is an extra charge of 40 €.
Check-out : From 00:00 to 11:00
  • In case you want to store the luggage in the apartment later than 11:00 you must call us the day before your exit day and we will let you know if it is possible.

Additional information

City tax : 6.0500 € per night and person will be added to the total price.
  • The city tax will apply to a maximum of 7 nights.
  • The city tax does not apply to those under 17 years.
