Jazz BCN Apartments is a new concept of accommodation in Barcelona inspired by the Jazz genre. A place designed for people looking for comfort, style and all amenities included.

The Jazz BCN Apartments building is strategically located in a quiet residential area of Eixample, just 5 minutes from the Sagrada Familia. Recently renovated, each apartment combines stylish and modern furnishing details.

Cool Jazz 54 apartment takes its name from the genre Cool Jazz; soft, thoughtful and quiet musical style. Following this concept, the apartment has been designed to provide an atmosphere of tranquility. As well, it features two pleasant bedrooms, a kitchen open to dining room and a living room with plenty of natural light and nice balcony. It will be the ideal place to enjoy a dream vacation with all services included.

* Recommended for families.
* The Terrace that can be seen in the images, is shared, is located on the roof of the building and its opening hours are subject to change.
* The apartment has a security system (cameras and noise detectors) that are only activated when the apartment is unoccupied. The security system is distributed as follows: A camera and noise detector at the entrance of the apartment, the second camera is in the living room.

PLEASE NOTE: 

-Reception service from Monday to Saturday from 10:00 am to 5:00 pm
-The photos do not correspond to the current state of the apartment. The photos we have used are corresponding to similar apartment. (Some furniture and decoration may change).

 NOTE: From Feb 26th until the end of April 2024, there will be ongoing construction on the third floor.

COVID-19 prevention

Habitat Apartments complies with the Cleaning and Security protocols contained in the Order of the Ministry of Health SND/399/2020, of May 9 regarding COVID-19. These protocols regulate:

  1. The cleaning to be carried out in the apartments with appropriate products, replacement and cleaning of textiles.
  2. The security and prevention measures of the staff of Habitat Apartments and of our clients.
  3. The necessary information to our clients about the competent regulations to fulfill.

The apartment is very, very clean and in good order. Everything works. The location is excellent for getting round the city. The apartment would have been a little small for three or four people but as there were just two of us it was fine. I notice there was hardly ever anyone at reception, including when we arrived and had to wait for a while. I only ever saw anyone in reception once when I was passing. This was disconcerting. We were going to ask for help to secure a taxi -no-one there. HA: thank you for choosing our apartment for your stay in Barcelona, we are glad to know that you enjoyed it. We hope to see you again

Spacious apartment, equipped with everything you need (dishwasher, dishes, washer-dryer, iron ...) very close to the metro station (5 minutes). Great welcome on arrival. Nearby there is a well-stocked supermarket with excellent prices. The roof terrace is beautiful. H.A: Thank you very much for your comments. Cancellation

  • For cancellations within 7 days prior to the arrival day we charge the 100% of the total amount.
  • Cancellation on the arrival day or no show we will charge the 100% of the total amount.

Cancellations must be notified to us by e-mail to info@habitatapartments.com and acknowledgement of receipt must be sent by Habitat Apartments.

Payment

Advance payment:
  • A 20.00% of total price is charged on your credit card for all reservations.
  • The balance is payable to our representative at check-in on the arrival day.
Payment on arrival day : Cash and credit card
  • 500 € bills not accepted.
  • Credit card payment is subject to a 4.00% fee.
  • We do accept Visa or Mastercard.
Deposit : Cash and credit card
  • A damage deposit of 300 € will be guaranteed by your credit card or paid in cash.
  • 500 € bills not accepted.
  • We do accept Visa or Mastercard.
Final cleaning : Included in the price.

Arrival and exit day

Check-in : From 11:00 to 21:00
  • Early check-in is possible from 09:00 and there is an extra charge of 10 €.
  • For check-in from 21:00 there is an extra charge of 30 €.
  • For check-in from 23:00 there is an extra charge of 40 €.
Check-out : Before 11:00
  • In case you want to store the luggage in the apartment later than 11:00 you must call us the day before your exit day and we will let you know if it is possible.

Additional information

City tax : 6.0500 € per night and person will be added to the total price.
  • The city tax will apply to a maximum of 7 nights.
  • The city tax does not apply to those under 17 years.
