The Jazz BCN Apartments building is strategically located in a quiet residential area of Eixample, just 5 minutes from the Sagrada Familia. Each apartment combines stylish and modern furnishing details.

Cool Jazz 31 apartment takes its name from the genre Cool Jazz; soft, thoughtful and quiet musical style. Following this concept, the apartment has been designed to provide an atmosphere of tranquility. As well, it features two pleasant bedrooms, a kitchen open to dining room and a living room with plenty of natural light. It will be the ideal place to enjoy a dream vacation with all services included.

* Recommended for families.
* The Terrace that can be seen in the images, is shared, is located on the roof of the building and its opening hours are subject to change.
* The apartment has a security system (cameras and noise detectors) that are only activated when the apartment is unoccupied. The security system is distributed as follows: A camera and noise detector at the entrance of the apartment, the second camera is in the living room.

In case you want to store the luggage in the apartment later than 11:00 you must call us the day before your exit day and we will let you know if it is possible.

Location of this apartment in Barcelona

The Jazz Apartments are located in a quiet residential area of Eixample but with many cafés, bars and restaurants to choose from nearby. It is 5 minutes walk from the Sagrada Familia, and from Sant Pau Hospital, a gem of the modernist architecture. Plus, the Old Estrella Damm factory is just 500 metres away.

You will find nearby public transportation by metro (San Pau/Dos de Maig station - line 5) and bus, supermarkets, restaurants, bars, shops and playgrounds.

In 15 minutes you can reach the main centre of the city and be on the Ramblas.

Excellent stay : Hearty welcome by Nuria, convenient location (10 mn walk to Sagrada Familila, in a quiet and safe neighborhood in my opinion) all conveniences nearby (grocery store, small restaurants, bakeries) . Apartment is very well equiped, very nicely and modernly done, mattresses new or very recent & very comfortable, beds made on arrival. Small inconvenient : maybe a bit dark & damp (3rd level). Personal tip : if you come by car : park in garage Carles and bring your bikes!

Very nice apartment, in a good area, very close to Sagrada. Clean, close to the metro station (2 mins walk). A nice apartment, centrally located for Barcelona. Beautiful apartment that was very close to the subway. There was a reception office and a very helpful attendant. The apartment was fully stocked with everything we could need (even a washing machine and washing up powder). Exceptionally clean and well lit. Only drawback was the poor wi fi and tv that seemed to have endless channels of pornography.

Bel appartement qui correspond au descriptif présenté. Petit bémol concernant la vitesse de la Wi-Fi. 2 appartements étaient en rénovation dans le building, ce qui le rendait un peu bruyant.

Very good location (close to metro, bus, supermarket, bakery), clean, small but just enough for the family with two kids. It looks new and modern like on the web site except the long wall which has stains of paint. The only minor claim is for the microwave, which is specified for this apartment, but doesn't exist. It was promised to be installed, but not realized during our 7 nights stay. The apartment is very good value for the money, and we would recommend it in any case. Habitat comments: Dear Marija, we are satisfied to read that you enjoyed the apartment. We apologize for the microwave amenity, however the apartment includes an oven that also do microwave (2 in 1 machine). We changed the description on the apartment page in order to avoid a misunderstanding for the future. Many thanks.

It was nice and a brand new design apartment. Fully equiped, clean and comfortable. I would go there again. One missing thing only, the lack of wardrobe to unpack.
