Very clean, spacious & fully functional flat in a great location. Extremely helpful host, defo a keeper.

We have only two negative comments. First, the kitchen equipment. No toaster and a crappy frying pan. The rest was all of normal standard (no luxury) and in good working order, as was the rest of the equipment in the flat, though sparingly furnished to accomodate 5 adults.That is our second negative, there was only two comfortable sitting places in the livingroom, so not place for 5 adults to enjoy some restful tv-watching at the end of day.. A very nice apartment in a wonderfully convenient location. The space is clean and modern, with a large bathroom and reasonably comfortable bed. Everything worked as promised and I had no problems during my stay. Check in was easy and quick. Many dining options in the area and good walking distance to many of Barcelona’s worthy sites. I would definitely stay here again. Several reviews have mentioned the periodic rumble of the metro, but it did not bother me.- Habitat Apartments reply: Many thanks for your opinion you have shared about your stay. The Apartment was really nice, but it was very loud, you can hear the Underground train driving and Vibration in the Apartment. The second room was very small and it was not for two children.

A very good stay! The apartment was clean. It had all the necessary utilities. The were warmly welcomed and got some very good tips on what to do in the city.

Positive: The apartment was in good conditions, well located, modern, clean, spacious, well equipped. All the pre-arrival activities were organized: payment, sending the details of the guests, etc. To be improved: The AC didn't work the whole weekend and it was summer time. The security deposit of 300 Euros was blocked for 7 days when we only stayed for 2 nights. The extra fee for "late" check-in. Check-out should be at 12.00.

Quite close to the center of the city, 2 underground stations in the neighborhood, many restaurants, bars and 24 h/7 mini-supermarkets around, a flamenco theater on the same street . Too small for 5 people if they are not very close friends or family.The right number of persons to enjoy this place would be 3 (2 adults and a grown child). Not recommended if you enjoy silence. The noise and the vibrations of the undergrounds passing under the apartment is quite disturbing. Clean, well equipped.

Appartement propre et bien placé proche de la maison Pedrera Par contre le long d'une rue très passante et on entend aussi l ligne du métro en dessous. Une chambre est grande tandis que l'autre est petite et sans fenêtre

Nice cozy apartment. The kitchen should be prepared with some basic things such as salt and sugar. The frying pans should be changed for better ones. The shower was almost loose from the wall. The metro will make some noise every few minutes, but one gets used to it. Those are the sounds of a big city. Location was superb. Lots of excellent restaurants, bakeries and markets very close by. Just a block away from Ra,bla de Catalunya that leads to the placa de Catalynua and La Rambla.

Great apartment in a fantastic location with excellent facilities. Excellent location for Rambla Catalunya and the lovely Passieg De Gracias. Even though so close to some great places to eat, drink and shop Is nice and quiet at night, ideal for the baby. Traffic noise is evident in the day (it is in the centre so we kind of expected this) but it isn't as loud as other people have reviewed and isn't enough of a distraction to put me off staying again.

Me gustó mucho el apartamento y si regreso, volvería a rentar este o cualquier otro de Habitat Apartaments. Solo dos problemas: El primero, que tuvo un fuerte olor a cigarrillo durante los tres días que estuve ahí. El segundo: está en calle Balmes que tiene mucho tránsito de coches y buses y es muy ruidoso, además se escucha el tren que pasa debajo, aunque la ubicación es buena. El punto más positivo: el apartamento lo entregan impecable, absolutamente limpio y con todo equipado.

the only problem we had with the apartment was that the laundry facilities were locked away and I was not able to iron my clothes which had become creased in the suitcase. we went to the address given to us for habitat offices but we could not locate them. The location is good but it is noisy from traffic and trains but it never bothered us .

El apartamento esta super bien ubicado. Al lado del metro y el paseo de gracia. Todo esta a pocos pasos. Nos encantó Barcelona y el apartamento.

The apartment is reasonably well appointed and very well located, with a metro stop just a few short blocks away and many good restaurants within a short walk. Only wish we had known about the train lines running underneath the building and/or immediate vicinity. With 4 train lines and a metro line, there was a near constant rumble from them all.

What a great apartment. This was our first trip to Barcelona and l looked at many apartments and neighbourhoods to stay. I decided to book this one and am so glad that I did. It is central but away from the tourist crowds. There are great dining options close by, supermarkets and public transport is less than one block away. The apartment is just like the photos. We travelled as a family of 4 and had plenty of room. It's just like a 4 star hotel by with the extra space and facilities.

Lovely modern apartment. However on a busy road and above metro so hard to sleep if not used to noisy city life. Would recommend replacing pillows with better quality. Otherwise very nice apartment. //Habitat Apartments comments: Thank you for your comment, we will check the pillows.//

Great location provides a real taste of Catalonian life. If your looking for quiet, this is the wrong apt. The location is very metropolitan and busy, exactly what we were looking for. Metro located two blocks away and a Taxi stand on the corner. The place was spotless and the appliances in great shape. The beds were comfortable and cozy. Balcony attached to bedroom and living room. Two suggestions: supply more towels and coat hangers. We will recommend to friends traveling abroad. Great apt in convenient & safe location. Exactly as pictured & described. Within 2 blocks- metro, bakeries, restaurants, supermkts (ie,Bon Preu). Taxi stand at corner. Walking distance to Gaudi houses & P. de Gracia. Checkin person friendly & helpful. We had a problem with the room safe which was addressed quickly & responsively. Only downside is front bedroom may be a little noisy (street side) but we were fine with it since we are fm NYC. Great stay overall!
