Description

Enjoy unforgettable days in this amazing apartment with lovely balconies. 

It is located on Enric Granados Street, just a few minutes away from Rambla Catalunya and Paseo de Gracia, one of the most exclusive areas of the city.


The apartment comfortably sleeps 6 people with 1 bedroom with double bed, one with 2 single beds and also a double sofa bed in the living room. 

As well as this there is a fully equipped kitchen, a bathroom with bathtub and shower and a spacious living room. 

The apartment features lovely balconies that fill the apartment with natural light

Additional Information:

-  There are stairs before reaching the elevator

- Some furniture and decoration may change in bedrooms and bathroom.

-       Parties in the apartment are strictly not allowed.

-       It is very important to respect the noise level (people, music) during the whole stay.

-       The perfect choice for families or groups of friends (Preference Age: over 24 years).

9.3 Excelente - 

Everything was easily to discuss with the landlord. The location of the apartment is excellent, everything is so close (Public Transport - buses, metro, train – Shops - Carrefour, Condis, Aldi, Lidl). The flat is cosy and designed by very good sense. We had only problem with the flat's main door lock. It did not open easily, mostly it took some minutes to open. Generally we are highly recommend the place for staying in Barcelona. Habitat Apartments reply: Thank you very much, it is gratifying to know that it was beneficial for you the comfort and location of our apartments, and that problem of the lock is solved, we wait for you back.

Conditions

Cancellation

  • For cancellations within 4 days prior to the arrival day we charge the 100% of the total amount.
  • Cancellation on the arrival day or no show we will charge the 100% of the total amount.

Cancellations must be notified to us by e-mail to info@habitatapartments.com and acknowledgement of receipt must be sent by Habitat Apartments.

Payment

Advance payment:
  • A 20.00% of total price is charged on your credit card for all reservations.
  • The balance is payable to our representative at check-in on the arrival day.
Payment on arrival day : Cash and credit card
  • 500 € bills not accepted.
  • Credit card payment is subject to a 4.00% fee.
  • We do accept Visa or Mastercard.
Deposit : Cash and credit card
  • A damage deposit of 300 € will be guaranteed by your credit card or paid in cash.
  • 500 € bills not accepted.
  • We do accept Visa or Mastercard.
Final cleaning : Included in the price.

Arrival and exit day

Check-in : From 11:00 to 21:00
  • Early check-in is possible from 09:00 and there is an extra charge of 10 €.
  • For check-in from 21:00 there is an extra charge of 20 €.
Check-out : Before 11:00
  • In case you want to store the luggage in the apartment later than 11:00 you must call us the day before your exit day and we will let you know if it is possible.

Additional information

City tax : 2.4750 € per night and person will be added to the total price.
  • The city tax will apply to a maximum of 7 nights.
  • The city tax does not apply to those under 17 years.
