This apartment is located in the central Eixample area full of bars, restaurants, stores and architectural spots. It preserves the traditional high ceiling, exposed wooden beams, big windows and balconies, yet it was recently renovated.

Accommodating 6 people, this huge apartment has a spacious living room with a dining area and a desk as well, a fully equipped kitchen, two double bedrooms, one of which has a bathroom in suite, a twin bedroom with bunk beds and another bathroom.

Overall a lovely apartment that’s well located. Accessible with a good lift and literally right outside the metro station. HA: Thank you for sharing your positive review of our apartment. Comments like yours are highly valued by our team and motivate us to continue offering the best service. Minor points of feedback are that the top bunk bed had a very low side - we didn’t feel safe letting a child sleep in it. The kitchen was missing a few things such as tea towels, a sink plug and oven gloves.

Cancellation

  • For cancellations within 7 days prior to the arrival day we charge the 100% of the total amount.
  • Cancellation on the arrival day or no show we will charge the 100% of the total amount.

Cancellations must be notified to us by e-mail to info@habitatapartments.com and acknowledgement of receipt must be sent by Habitat Apartments.

Payment

Advance payment:
  • A 20.00% of total price is charged on your credit card for all reservations.
  • The balance is payable to our representative at check-in on the arrival day.
Payment on arrival day : Cash and credit card
  • 500 € bills not accepted.
  • Credit card payment is subject to a 4.00% fee.
  • We do accept Visa or Mastercard.
Deposit : Credit card
  • A damage deposit of 300 € will be guaranteed by your credit card.
  • We do accept Visa or Mastercard.
Final cleaning : Included in the price.

Arrival and exit day

Check-in : From 15:00 to 21:00
  • Early check-in is possible from 09:00 and there is an extra charge of 10 €.
  • For check-in from 21:00 there is an extra charge of 30 €.
  • For check-in from 23:00 there is an extra charge of 40 €.
Check-out : Before 11:00
  • In case you want to store the luggage in the apartment later than 11:00 you must call us the day before your exit day and we will let you know if it is possible.

Additional information

City tax : 6.0500 € per night and person will be added to the total price.
  • The city tax will apply to a maximum of 7 nights.
  • The city tax does not apply to those under 17 years.
