Sots 4 Apartment

My wife and I stayed for 6 nights. It\'s a great apartment in a great spot. The inclusions are thoughtful and work well. The washer/dryer is excellent and easy to use. Next time we are in Barcelona we will be looking for this apartment again.

We had a lovely stay in this apartment and would definitely recommend for couples. It is in a great location for the Born and Gothic quarters, with a good selection of nearby restaurants. We ate breakfast on the balcony most days, which was just lovely. Good service from Habitat, many thanks, we will stay again!

Diese Wohnung hat eine ideale Lage und ist sehr gut ausgestattet. Wir hatten bis jetzt noch nie so eine perfekte Wohnung.

L\'appartamento è molto bello. Si trova in una posizione centralissima e molto caratteristica, a due passi dalle principali attrazioni. La casa è perfettamente identica alle foto (anzi dal vivo rende ancora più l\'idea). L\'agenzia è seria e disponibile. Offrono inoltre un servizio 24h/24h al quale rivolgersi in caso di necessità. E\' stata la nostra prima volta a Barcellona e sicuramente non l\'ultima. Consiglio fortemente di appoggiarsi a questa agenzia! M&M

Spent 7 days in the wonderful city of Barcelona. Apartment was in an ideal location, very clean with all the conveniences we needed for two adults and two teenage boys. The air conditioning was the best I have experienced and the bed was very comfortable. Would highly recommend this apartment. The only thing that would have made it better would have been some extra satellite channels on the TV (only had the discovery channel) 24 hour news would have been good.

Cet appartement est parfait pour un couple. Super confortable, espace parfaitement aménagé et optimisé. Nécessaire de cuisine très complet. L\'appartement est très bien situé, proche de toutes commodités. La personne présente lors du check in a été adorable mais ne nous a pas fourni d\'info sur ce qu\'il y a à faire ou à voir en ville. Néanmoins magnifique séjour en amoureux, je repasserais par ce site à l\'occasion et le recommande à tous pour son sérieux et la qualité des prestations.

- Clean & Cosy apartment. - Good location - Good Wi-fi connection. - Person receiving us was very helpful. - Wished that Habitat Apartments did not recommend taking the Airport Train as we were almost pick pocketed on the Metro and had to pay penalty for arriving 2 hrs later. Even thought i specified that my flight reaches 11+am and that my estimated arrival time would be 12+ and I\'m unsure, habitats asked me to indicate 12pm. However i only managed to arrive at 2ish. It would have been helpful if the duration required to travel to the apartment was provided. I did not know that you do not have an office near the apartment. The route by train n metro was very inconvenient with luggages due to the many steps and lack of lifts . the aerobus back to airport was a much better option. We could not have asked for a better location in terms of getting around via foot & train. The area is noisy on the weekends & there is construction going on opposite the apartment. The apartment is great (bed comfortable, clean, well stocked with kitchen utensils & equipment etc. except for the shower curtain which needs cleaning & a towel with holes). I have no major complaints. I will definitely rent this apartment again in spite of the noise from traffic, teenagers & the church bells.

Great location, wonderful balcony and fine amenities. One thing that could have been better was that upon check-in at 11, we had to wait an hour while the apartment was being cleaned. This should have been taken care of before we got there, as we were tired from traveling. Other than that, the apartment was very comfortable, centrally located, near public transportation and walkable to most sites.

This is a beautifully designed apartment which unfortunately is not being cared for as it deserves. The place was clean enough; that is, surfaces such as counters, tabletops, and floors were well enough cleaned but many other areas were grubby. I ended up cleaning many vertical surfaces such as the fronts of appliances, removed the black marks from the walls and so on. The carafe of the coffee maker was cracked and the ironing board was missing but the property manager took care of these problems.

My wife and I really enjoyed our stay. The apartment met all of our expectations. We really appreciated the location and also the cleaniness of the apartment on our arrival. The only negative part is the windows. We would recommend that you have someone clean as this would most definitely benefit the stay.

Sots 4 Apartment is ideally located. It is about 5 - 10 minute walk to the port and around 10 - 15 minute walk to the beach. You can also jump on the tour bus just up the road. You also have La Rambla and the Gothic Quarter right on your door step. As for the accommodation itself it is a little run down but it is comfortable enough. Everything works as you would expect. The oven is a little difficult and the Dishwasher leaked. For perfect location and decent price. This is ideal.

In the very centre of the ancient Barcellona, near to almost everything. Definitely recommended.

Centrally located in Barri Gothic with easy access to public transport and Barcelona\'s main attractions. We were able to walk from our cruise ship to this apartment and thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Start of summer celebrations did interrupt our sleep as it was noisy until at least 3 am each night. A great city to visit in a great location in spite of the noise at night!

These apartments were recommended to us and didn't disappoint. The apartment is in an excellent location and of a very good standard. One request, a tall mirror in the bedroom would be a good addition. Would highly recommend these apartments to others.

Great location for this small but perfectly suitable apartment. Very clean and neat too aside from the windows. Could have had some wine glasses and an ironing board but otherwise found it to be one of the best I\'ve stayed in for the price.

The elevator got stuck and we had to wait 45 min in there for help. On the other hand, probably could happen anywhere. Allthough, I think the alarm button in the lift should connect directly to a service center, now we had to call ourselves with the mobile phone, which means unnecessary extra cost for he customer. // Julia from Habitat Apartments: We are very sorry for your bad luck and hope it didn't affect your stay.

The apartment was comfortable, well equipped and clean although the windows were too dirty to see out. It was warm when the heaters had been on a long time and moving them to a different area was not easy when they were hot. We were impressed with the prompt attention when we had a problem. Basic but in an ideal location within walking distance to the beach and main city landmarks. Cute balcony overlooking a relatively quiet street. Comfortable beds, functioning air con and felt safe. Highly recommend

I LOVED THIS LITTLE APT. The location is wonderful. There some minor things I think could be improved upon but over all I would love to stay in the flat again!

The apartment was just as it appears in the pictures. I arrived early and the representative who met me was pleasant and professional, even through some problems with my bank. The power went out a few times while I was there but I think that was due to something happening on the entire street and it didn\'t affect my stay very much at all. Overall it was a well-located and pleasant place to spend my short Barcelona trip.

Los servicios resultaron óptimos, excepto el check out: Llamé por teléfono el día anterior y me autorizaron a dejar el equipaje hasta las 15 horas. Al presentarme a retirarlo me estaban esperando porque debían haber entregado el departamento con anterioridad a nuevos huéspedes.

The apartment was fantastic!! Great location-so easy to get around on foot and by metro. The apartment was clean, comfortable, stylish and well equipped (especially the kitchen). Habitat Apartments were extremely well organised and I would use them again. Thanks for a great visit :)

I enjoyed my stay in Sots 4. The location was very good and I felt safe being there. The apartment was well equiped although could have done with baking tins and casserole dishes to put in oven. Didn\'t find dishwasher until the day I left. The staff were very friendly and helpful in getting me online. Just for your information I got my telephone taken from my handbag whilst on the metro!

Overall excellent.

Everything was great, except for internet service interruptions and difficulty in keeping the floors clean. Overall I would give it a "9" and would stay there again. The location was amazing!

Great location! Nice decoration/style although a couple of warm rugs on the floor would be good, both to add colour and warmth. Good value for money.

Excellent location. Basic apartment with simple decoration but perfect for a short stay. Everything was good except for some basic amenities missing like luandry detergent, paper towels, salt & pepper. Price fair. Thank you - we had a great stay!

A light airy appartment in a good location. Furnishing needs up dating and some repairs seen to - lamps, sofa bed, lamp tables next to bed, grouting in bathroom. Heating worked well, security was good.

Good apartment in a perfect location because near the center and quiet enough during the night. Equipped of all.

The price was correct, the location was perfect, the services were good and the apartment style was exactly the same like it was on the internet.

Nous avons bien apprécié notre séjour dans cet appartement. Il est bien situé (quoique un peu bruyant le soir et la nuit), le mobilier(lit, divan, chaises) est confortable,et l'empressement des gens à nous servir est manifeste. Cependant, nous aurions apprécié que soient laissés certains articles (sel et poivre, sucre et farine, huile d'olive, par exemple)pour assaisonner les mets que ns ns préparions.
