What a lovely little apartment in a really fantastic area.
Surrounded by loads of lovely shops, bars and restaurants this is perfectly located in a really cool part of Barca.
The flat itself is brilliant with more than enough space for two people and all the essentials (ironing board, hairdryer, towels, fridge etc..) Also - incredible value for money.
Would 100% stay again.

We were very happy with our stay at princessa 7. It was clean, well situated for walking through the old town and we appreciated the small touches of your providing coffee filters, laundry and dish soaps. alexandria gave us a through orientation upon our arrival and your concierge was most kind. We can easily recommend this property to friends nad fellow travellers. good value for money.

Having stayed in a number of these apartments I think they are loooking a bit tired & could do with a few more glasses. Given the issues with opening the washing machine a bit more guidance would have been helpful. But of course will use Habitat again. We are going to make sure that there will more glasses and we will review the information about the washingmachine.

We made a wise choice in this apartment. The apartment has air conditioning which is a must. The kitchen is basic but has everything you need. A very large fridge with a large freezer attached would be handy for a family wishing to bring meat, etc. The apartment is set above a courtyard restaurant. During the week there is a janitor on the door who was very helpful. The TV only has one channel and this could be updated. The bathroom has a fantastic shower. Each person receives a bath and hand towel which was enough for 3 nights. Very clean when we arrived. There is a washing machine (which we did not use). The wall mounted safe added that extra bit of security. Very hand to the zoo which is only a 5 minute walk away, and just aroudn the corner from the chocolate museum which is a must. Taxis are plentifull - you just hail one in the street.

I had a very pleasant stay at the Princesa 7 apartment. Although hard to find at first, it\'s situation is very convenient for shopping and walking to the beach or Las Ramblas.
Beds were hard but comfy. No outside or next door noise. Very good utilities. Affordable for a last minute purchase. Great for groups of friends.

point sombre le bruit un océan d\'eau au dessus de notre tête à chaque utilisation de l\'eau et la musique du restaurant jusqu\'à 2 h du matin

Location perfect..the apartment oke for 2 persons, a little bit dark, no daylight ,sheets did not fit on the sofa, the shower curtain was not oke and a lot of noise in the morning because of the renovation of the building, Safe environment, Pleasant reception. // Habitat Apartments: The shower curtain got changed.

Smart apartment with good space. Needed extra heating in January, but Habitat provided this. Great location, best for two rather than three due to the glass bricks and a security light on the landing outside. Well stocked kitchen.

Excellent position in Barcelona\'s Bari gothic [old town] ,-well equipt kitchen ,

Clean and spacious apartment, ideal for a city break for two. Perfect location, could walk everywhere we wanted to. Lovely local bars and tapas places within easy reach.

The location of Princesa 7 could not have been any better. We found the staff extremely helpful. We loved Barcelona and were very sad to be going home. We will definitely be back and look forward to staying in Princesa 7 again.

the location of the apartment was brilliant. right in the heart of the beautiful born area. Staff very friendly and helpful. only downside was cleanliness of apartment on arrival. We needed to clean it a bit as we had a baby with us. noise in other rooms a bit loud and bed a bit uncomfortable but only small problems. would book again

My Son and family had a great holiday in apartment 7 Princesa. They had a fault with the air com with water pouring down the walls and onto the floor, This air com problem had been ongoing and as they had a baby crawling this was not suitable! Within 2 days this system was renewed. Both apartments should have been checked for faults before new tenants arrived! Overall good holiday and hope to return. Thanks

Great location but unfortunately very noisy apartment to be in from outside noise/restaurant muisc to internal noises from other apartments shower and toilet. Also, the main wall of the apartment is glass so whenever someone was passing in the corridor the security light automatically switched on, therefore disturbing my daughter who slept on the sofa bed.
Apart from that we were very pleased with Habitat Apartments, the location of the apartment, the concierge and Jennifer who showed us around.

The only problem we had with the apartment during our stay was the noise of the drainage from other apartments; flushing toilets, showers, etc. Apart from that we had no complaints at all.

Princesa 7 is in a great location. General repairs required in bathroom, rust spots, wardrobe doors and kitchen door. Curtains on the glass bricks would be helpful to stop the annoying security light in the hall, some coffee and teabags and sugar and laundry washing liquid would also be a nice touch. The reason we only rated a 5 for service is because we notified the representative that there was no plug in the kitchen sink and no manual for the washing machine but we didn\'t hear from anyone for the whole week. There was also a mix up with the check in time but this has not affected our opinion or our rating of the service. All in all we enjoyed our stay in the apartment. Thanks

The apartment met our needs very well. The location was perfect. Our primary complaint was that the cleaning service was a disappointment for a two week commitment. Not a complete set of new towels, inadequate cleaning of bathroom and kitchen, soap not replaced, etc. These complaints do not severely diminish our enjoyment of the apartment and we are pleased that we stayed there. Esperanza was very nice and helpful. Paulino was also very nice. Thank you.

We very much enjoyed our second stay in the Princesa 7 apartment. The location is fantastic in the centre of the lively but tasteful Born district of Barcelona.
More towels would be useful, although we found that by hanging them on the clothes airer each day this avoided them getting too damp.
The air conditioning unit drips water an awful lot when you turn it off and the drips come down near where the TV and wires are which is a bit concerning the leeking is fixed.
We were very grateful to receive our 5% discount in the form of a refund following my enquiry as I hadn\'t thought how to request this during the booking process.
I will certainly continue to recommend these apartments to friends and family as I have been doing and I hope we will return ourselves in future.

Very good location close to shops, transport, restaurants...Good apartment style & layout. Services offered and appliances all very good. The price was fair for the apartment. Suggest to include plug for kitchen sink & detergent for dishwasher (Habitat - dishwasher tablets. now included).

The location is fantastic with great bars, restaurants and shops nearby. We loved the apartment but sleep was difficult due to the noisy plumbing over the bedroom.

Location was fantastic, close to just everything we wanted to see. Lots of good shops and restaurant nearby.
The apartment style was fine, very comfortable and modern.
The services and domestic appliances were really good, especially the kitchen and having a hairdryer.
The price was very reasonable, especially considering the great location.

Habitat staff were brilliant. The apartment was in a perfect and safe location, was spacious, comfortable and had everything you might need during a short break. My only complaint is that it's a very noisy apartment block - loud plumbing systems regularly woke us during the night and you could hear conversations, coughs and toilet trips from all surrounding apartments! I'm sure a pair of earplugs would resolve this small issue though :)

This is the second time i've booked with Habitat. I like it because I know what i'm getting: Good service, fair value.
Also, this time you helped us get our lost luggage when we were without a phone in Europe. Made a BIG difference. Thank you. I recommend Habitat to our friends.
Only complaint is that we don't care for two single beds pushed together. : )
