This modern apartment, offering 2 bedrooms and large terrace, is located in a wonderful traditional “Umbertine” building of the late 19th century. The building is in a quiet street in downtown Rome, has a lovely location, facing the park of an antique villa. This apartment is homely, tidy, fully furnished and provided with every comfort.

The apartment includes the following amenities and services:

    * 1 twin bedroom with 2 single beds
    * Large terrace with table & chairs off the twin bedroom
    * A comfortable living room / dining area with tv satellite Sky
    * 1 bathroom
    * A fully-equipped kitchen (fridge, freezer, oven, microwave, kettle - not electric)
    * Laundry service available (there is no washing machine in apartment)
    * Air conditioning in all rooms and gas heating.

CANCELLATION

- If the client cancels within 10 days prior to the arrival day we charge the 40% of the total amount to the Credit Card.

- Cancellation on the arrival day or no show we will charge the 40% of the total amount. Cancellations must be notified to Habitat Apartments by e-mail and acknowledgement of receipt must be sent by Habitat. If your reservation is for the same day please contact with us by phone first.

- For stays longer than 30 days the cancellation penalty is 30 days if you cancel with less than 30 days in advance.
