The apartment is composed by a large living room with a dining area (for 8 people) and a sitting area with a sofa bed. The kitchen is fully equipped and features a dining area as well. 1 double bedroom with big wardrobe and close by the bathroom with shower. 1 bedroom with bunk bed and ensuite bathroom with shower.

The heart of Rome, one of the most known areas in the city, is the one that stick to your mind, where a magical dimension opens up. The extraordinary character of a place like this bases on the simplicity with what daily life mixes up with the most antique and imposing art.

In the morning the neighborhood wakes up with the life of the Campo de’ Fiori market, which fills up the entire square. The area has busy life uninterruptedly. My husband and I stayed here with our three adult children. The apartment is located near the metro. It has grocery stores and great restaurants close by. There is a laundromat half a block away. The apartment was clean and cool. I would definitely stay here again.

Very happy with location of unit. Spacious and comfortable. Very well maintained. Internet access great for teenages to keep in touch. Suggest some additional lounge chairs as sofa only good for 2-3 at most. Had a great time.

- For cancellations within 30 days prior to the arrival day we charge the 40% of the total amount.
- For cancellations within 15 days prior to the arrival day we charge the 80% of the total amount.
- Cancellation on the arrival day or no show we will charge the 100% of the total amount.

Please note that the prepayment is non-refundable, not even in the case of force majeure.

Cancellations must be notified to us by e-mail to info@habitatapartments.com and acknowledgement of receipt must be sent by Habitat Apartments.

Advance payment:
- A 16.00% of total price is charged on your credit card for all reservations.
- The balance is payable to our representative at check-in on the arrival day.

Payment on arrival day: Cash
- 500 € bills not accepted.

Deposit:
- No deposit is required for this apartment.

Final cleaning: Included in the price.

Arrival and exit day

Check-in: From 12:00
- For check-in from 21:00 there is an extra charge of 25 €.
- For check-in from 23:00 there is an extra charge of 40 €.

Check-out: Before 10:00
- In case you want to store the luggage in the apartment later than 10:00 you must call us the day before your exit day and we will let you know if it is possible.

Additional information

City tax: 2 € per night and person will be added to the total price.
- The city tax will apply to a maximum of 10 nights.
- The city tax does not apply to those under 10 years.
